«The room was all I needed and expected. No breakfast as I have a gluten free diet. Parking was horrible, trucks were parked in the front taking up to six spaces. There was plenty of space for them in the back. »

«Room was clean enough, there was a little mold in the shower and the conditioner bottle was empty. The indoor pool was out of order and the waffle machines weren't working at breakfast. The beds felt like they were made of cardboard but the pillows were nice. Front desk clerks were very friendly. Lots of highway noise so if that bothers you bring earplugs. We were on the top floor so I'm sure that made it worse but it was constant all night long.»

«Hotel was clean and very pet friendly. As soon as you enter, you'll see water bowls for your pup and out back there is a fenced in dog park area. It is a large.space for your dog to run and play. That was awesome to see!! We only stayed one night on our way through Chatanooga. Hotel bed was comfortable, which was great after our last hotel that had extremely uncomfortable beds and pillows (a different hotel chain, not this hotel or brand) We didnt go down for breakfast, the hotel was clean. «This is a cute place. It is close to the highway so yes your going to hear traffic but of a night it is for the most part peaceful. Super close to Lookout mountains amenities. Also go into town lookout valley the pizza place and mexican place is amazing. It was super clean and I love the air b&b vibe! »

«The hotel is so bad, it should not be operational. The room and hotel were not as advertised. The room was not cleaned, mold on the ceilings, bathroom, and in the fridge, there were cracks in the walls all the way to the ceiling, and brown matter on the walls. Upon addressing the issues with staff, they said the cleaning staff could not do anything until the next morning and we could not have another room. I asked for a remodeled room and was told there were none.»
