«The stay was great. clean place, clean room, great vibes. However, had major struggles contacting staff with help entering the property and then my room. they were helpful in the end to get the room code to me finally, but it took almost an hour before I was let in. I was in a rush for a work event and they didn’t allow an early check in so it was very stressful. other than that, great place»

«Disgusting!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE. THERE WERE AT LEAST 4 cockroaches that I had to terminate. I even showed the owner she just picked it up and threw it away. I squished another bug as well. We couldn’t sleep. We were nervous about the cockroaches. The blanket was SUPER thin!!! When I tried to explain to the manager that there were more and we couldn’t sleep she said they don’t have any during the day and when the door is opened they come in. She wouldn’t give me any kind of discount. This place ...

AC Hotel Downtown Los Angeles, a Marriott Hotel

8/10 Bra

"Veldig fint rom, deilig seng, rent, fin utsikt. Elendig og dyr frokostbuffet som vi bare gadd benytte oss av en gang. Bassengområdet var ikke helt som på bildene. Ingen solsenger, men sofaer og ikke åpen bar."

Level Los Angeles Downtown - South Olive

10/10 Utmerket

"We loved our stay at the Level DTLA. The location was super! Everything we needed including the event we were going to, was in walking distance. The pool area was a lot better than described, I just used it the last day and regret I didn't use it more! Felt like a little spa-area in the middle of DTLA! The room had everything we needed, we used the kitchen and washing machine a lot as we travelled with teens. The staff could have been more helpful, especially when it came to the expensive parking! We later found out there are cheaper 24 hour parking places in walking distance, but they didn't tell us that, even if we asked the first day! They could also shown better service when we had trouble coming out from the parking as our ticket didn't work! As we travelled with teens and I had online work to do, having restrictions on the internet was disappointing (only 5 devices per booking - and we were 4 people with phones and laptops)! Other than that we loved our stay at the Level. Both the sofa bed and the main bed were comfortable, and we loved having a balcony in our room! I will choose this place again when I'm in LA because of the location, the comfortable beds, cleanliness, the facilities, the blackout curtains(!) and the pool area! We had a wonderful stay all in all! Thank you!"
