Location
Welcome to Strandblick House 1! This inviting and modern vacation home is located near the Dünenweg, the path that separates the Priwall vacation village from the wide Baltic Sea beach. The fine sandy beach is less than 150 meters away—ideal for sunbathers and water sports enthusiasts!

The House
With a spacious 121 m², the vacation home can accommodate up to 12 people, making it perfect for families or friends. It has a total of 6 bedrooms:

- 4 bedrooms with comfortable double beds
- 2 alcoves, each with 2 single beds

A high chair and a travel crib are available for our younger guests.

Special Highlights
The sauna and hot tub guarantee pure wellness! The wood-burning stove creates a particularly cozy atmosphere during the winter months!
Two sunny terraces facing east and west invite you to enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air. Here you can relax undisturbed or spend convivial evenings.
The kitchen and bathroom have been modernized and meet high standards.

Basic Amenities
A washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher are provided.

Living Area
The open-concept living and dining area is the perfect place to gather. A modern sofa and an inviting dining area create a cozy atmosphere. The wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth, while the flat-screen TV, the hi-fi system with radio, CD player, and Bluetooth, and the DVD player provide entertainment. Large windows with curtains ensure a comfortable level of privacy.

Kitchenette
The very well-equipped and modern kitchenette leaves nothing to be desired. Here you’ll find:

- Refrigerator and freezer
- Dishwasher
- 4-burner ceramic cooktop with oven
- Microwave

A wide variety of pots, dishes, and glasses are also available—perfect for preparing your favorite meals!

Bedrooms
Four bedrooms are each equipped with a box-spring bed. The alcoves each contain two single beds (80 x 200 each). Each bedroom offers spacious storage for your vacation wardrobe.

Bathrooms
The spacious main bathroom is a real highlight:

- A whirlpool for up to 2 people ensures relaxing moments
- A modern vanity with an integrated sink and a modern, floor-to-ceiling shower
- The separate sauna provides a pure wellness experience!

There’s also a state-of-the-art guest bathroom with a shower.

Outdoor Area & Parking
The terraces are ideal for relaxing while you enjoy the sun and the tranquility of the vacation village. For your convenience, three free parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are welcome in this non-smoking apartment!

Important Booking Information
Utility costs for gas (1.50 €/m³), water (€8.50/m³), and electricity (€0.40/kWh) will be recorded after your departure and deducted from your security deposit. We will read and document the meter readings before your arrival and after your departure. Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented for a fee (without making the beds). Wi-Fi is also available free of charge (subject to availability).

Village 1 “Strandblick,” with its exclusive and spacious vacation homes, offers you a peaceful and relaxing vacation in a prime beachfront location in Priwall, Travemünde. The beach is approximately 100 meters away.
Whether you’re looking for a smaller vacation home for a small group or an XXL vacation rental with a private pool for up to 12 people, you’re sure to find the perfect vacation home at the “Strandblick” complex. Each house features a sauna, a hot tub, and a wood-burning stove. Other homes offer large indoor pools and steam rooms.
Children are welcome in all vacation accommodations at the resort, and dogs are allowed in many vacation homes. The spacious terraces offer plenty of seating. Each vacation home comes equipped with at least one grill to ensure you have a great time with your family!
The entire resort offers free Wi-Fi.
Parking spaces are located right next to the homes.

In addition to the total amount, you’ll pay a security deposit to ensure the vacation rental is returned in good condition. Your rental deposit is €250. For larger properties, it’s €350. The security deposit must be paid in advance via bank transfer along with the final payment and will be refunded within 5 business days after departure, minus any utility costs, provided there are no complaints or defects (Valid for 2026: Water based on consumption / €8.50 per m³; gas based on consumption / €1.50 per m³; electricity based on consumption / €0.40 per kWh).


Strandblick Village 1 vacation village on the Travemünde-Priwall


At the Strandblick vacation resort, Village 1, exclusive vacation homes with their own unique character await you. Each of the 23 detached homes features three to six bedrooms, up to two bathrooms, a spacious living room with an open kitchen, and a generous terrace, and can accommodate six to twelve people, depending on the layout.
Parking spaces are located directly in front of each vacation home. If you bring bicycles, you’ll find plenty of space to park them at each house.
