«The room was clean! A little outdated and needs some minor to moderate TLC. The staff was amazing and very helpful!! The only issue I had is the lack of food options available in the area near the hotel. The hotel has so much potential and needs an owner who cares about the property. When that happens, the hotel will easily become 5 stars. The restaurant on the property closed down a year ago and needs to be revamped. »

«There isn’t an airport shuttle, but the $20 a person taxi will take you there. The hill it sits on is steep, but you can walk it, we did several times. The staff is hit and miss, some are friendly, some make you feel like you’re a huge inconvenience to them (avoid the convenience store at all costs) the room was fine but the floor was so disgusting. I got out of the shower and walked to the couch and by the time I got there my feet were black. The hours for breakfast are late, so if you wake up ...

«I paid for the insurance I boarded the plane had a seizure the United Airlines was very helpful and was safe the property ignored me and wasn't able to communicate with no one and Expedia was unable to get help for me. I will never book here again as much as ai travel my 1st medical emergency and no accommodations were made. »

«Good morning, in trying to give you the biggest and fairest picture of this property, I would say that overall we had a pleasant trip. The staff is extremely friendly and quick to respond to any of your needs. We felt the hotel had charm and a beautiful view as promised. However, we also felt that the facility was very outdated and in need of many repairs. During our four day stay, we reassigned three different rooms due to various issues. «Air conditioning kept the room cool Our room was clean and comfortable. And we had a great meal at the restaurant on site. They did not offer any items that you may need for sale water as such. We would stay again. Hotels pretty neat being so old. Staff was exceptional»

«Our stay at The Saint was great, the room was clean and had a beautiful view of the Sea. The balcony had lovely flowering plants nearby that were wonderfully fragrant which added a special feature to our morning coffee on the porch. The pool bar was perfectly situated to watch the sunset while lounging in a floating chair with a cocktail. Good location with parking and walking distance to Cruz Bay. »
