«Staff at front desk was not truthful about timeshare misled me into believing they were giving me a discounted excursion because I paid too much for my room from Expedia after I signed up for excursion and paid they said be at seminar at 9 am that’s when I asked was this a timeshare seminar and they said yes. I had to go to management and get it canceled. Get a refund and then I paid full price for the excursion. Also the food at the Margaritaville restaurant was not very good and overcooked, ...

«The resort is very walkable and loved that everything was so close. There is only one dining establishment on the actual resort so would have loved another option but the food at the Long Board was delightful. »

«The property is beautiful the staff was good. They don’t have everyday guest service: u have to call them if you need clean towels and toilet tissue or clean sheets. The service is not automatic like everywhere else that’s the only thing I didn’t like. Overall it is a very beautiful property »
