«This is our go to place to stay when visiting my dad in Maine. Charming, quiet, beautiful gardens and great coffee and banana bread made by Steve who is a gracious host. Wonderful screened in porch to sit and chat or relax and take in the beauty of the gardens.»

«Very welcoming. Staff was excellent in all areas and always willing to assist. Food was excellent especially the creme brule french toast! 😋 We only thought the bedroom was a little small. We have no complaints and will recommend you!»

«So, number one this hotel is in the best location with the best views. It is clean and that’s all you should really expect from this place. The bathrooms leave much to be desired. Very small. Low water pressure and our tub/shower didn’t drain. Don’t book this place with great expectations. Book it for the location and the view.»

«First, let me say the location was absolute beautiful. I had to swim in the pool was perfect for me . We had some great lunches at the café. The disappointments come in with the room, It wasn’t very clean ( meaning the floor was dirty , and had to wait till later in the day like 5 o’clock ask to have it cleaned. The floors were dirty. Every time I went to bed I had to wash my feet. there’s a lot of upkeep that needs me done. I’m sure in this resort was built. It was absolutely stunning. It ...
