«This was my second stay at hotel. Some areas have undergone renovations so it has a newer vibe to it. My king room was very confortable for my husband and I. The bathroom was spacious eough for the two of us to get ready for a party. Room has all the usual amenities such as refigerator, iron and enough space for suitcases and spreading out. I highly recommend this property.»

«Breakfast was amazing, the view from our room was great. When we got there a staff member walked in on us within ten minutes of being in the room which made us a little uncomfortable. As we were leaving the next day a different staff member asked us if we checked out the minute we left out someone went into our room at 9:30am. It felt a bit rushed. The area itself was beautiful and certain staff were wonderful as well.»

My daughter walked barefoot and her feet were black. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly in some time. Boothbay has limited affordable options, and this place has real potential. «I have stayed in many historic spas/resorts and this one left me disappointed. Staff appeared brand new, were unable to answer basic questions and had no idea how to get the answers. Basic items were non-existent like a directory of services in the room, items to go with the coffee like sugar or stirrers, lighting in the living room area to even read by. They were pushing boat rides but no one could tell us where the boat would go once we paid $30 per person??? I’m hoping it was just the start ...

«Incompetent staff. Unfortunately even if you carry an honor status you can't get room service daily . Even making of bed . Bathrooms need to be wiped down and vacuum daily . Very disappointing . Will stay with Marriott property next time .»
