My daughter walked barefoot and her feet were black. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly in some time. Boothbay has limited affordable options, and this place has real potential. «Breakfast was amazing, the view from our room was great. When we got there a staff member walked in on us within ten minutes of being in the room which made us a little uncomfortable. As we were leaving the next day a different staff member asked us if we checked out the minute we left out someone went into our room at 9:30am. It felt a bit rushed. The area itself was beautiful and certain staff were wonderful as well.»

«We arrived earlier than check in and were given the keys. The check in process was friendly and efficient. All staff are knowledgeable and offer suggestions to visitors. Parking was easy and nearby. The room was impeccably clean and more than adequate for the two of us. Bedding was very comfortable . The attached restaurant is okay, but the view from the rooftop cannot be beat on a nice day. We will most definitely return to the Tugboat.»
