The kitchen is well equipped and the sofa very comfy, we uses the spacious solarium regularly and went to the huge communal pool which was chilly due to the time of year. «At first we were a bit disappointed because everything is a bit out-dated and it seems the place need maintenance and updating. No hotwater in this room, loose toilet seat in that room, broken fridge and dishwasher-door in the kitchen, wabbely ping-pong table, etc,,,, BUT - we soon realized this place is AMAZING. Not only is the keyholder Jose a nice guy but he also fixes things very quickly if you think it is needed. From plumbing to electronics, pool and what not! AND - the place is enclosed ...

«What a fab location... half way between Mil Palmeras beaches and the beaches at the harbour/tower. Loved that there were no steep hills anywhere. Really good local bars and restaurants within 5 minute walk if you don't fancy the 15 minute walk to those two hubs.
