This is an awesome, super-comfortable condominium. Located in one of the most charming and historic neighborhoods of LA, a 10 minute drive to the studios, and a 5 minute walk to Franklin Village with cafes, restaurants and bars, as well as Gelson’s market. 5 minute drive to Bronson Caves and Bronson hiking trail. All the conveniences of Hollywood are around the corner. The unit is light and airy, with an open floorplan. Central air and heat. All bedroom linens are included.

The spacious living room has hardwood floors, a comfortable sofa, and is equipped with a 65” Roku TV with surround sound. There's a DVD player with hundreds of films. Connected to the living-room is a wrap-around balcony with table and chairs for two, and two potted palms (please water them a couple of times a week).

The fully equipped kitchen has stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. All utensils and cooking-ware are included. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with a table and seating for four.

A convenient guest bathroom is located in the hallway, where you will also find the laundry room with Electrolux washer and dryer.

Giant master bedroom has a king size bed and a huge bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. There is a rowing-machine for those inclined to exercise. A high top desk with chair is also in the master bedroom.

Guest bedroom/office has desks and a sofa bed with an extra foam mattress for comfort, large closet, and has its own full bathroom with shower.

There is one private parking space in the gated/secure underground garage.

On top of the building is a communal seating area with lounges around a fire pit, a dining table, and wide views of LA all the way to Downtown.

This elegant building was constructed in 2006 and has only 21 units. Super quiet, super safe, super convenient.

I love pets, but unfortunately I've had some bad experiences with them in the past, so no pets are allowed.

Minimum stay is 30 days.
