The hotel service was very good — the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. The surrounding area is also great, with a pleasant environment and convenient location.
However, the room facilities need improvement. The air conditioning system is very old and extremely noisy. It was so loud that I had to turn it off in order to sleep. Unfortunately, once the AC was off, the room became very cold, and the blanket provided was quite thin and not warm enough.
In addition, the coffee machine in the room did not work properly. Even after adding water and coffee capsules, no coffee came out after waiting for a long time.
Overall, the service and location were excellent, but the outdated equipment significantly affected the comfort of the stay.
