The lush, rolling beauty of Griffith Park lies just beyond Beachwood Drive, while the Lake Hollywood Reservoir Trail, which overlooks the iconic Hollywood Sign, can be reached by car in just over ten minutes. Keep your eye out for passing mule deer and migratory birds, with superb bird-watching opportunities at Mulholland Dam, a 13-minute drive from the home. For a change of pace, ask your dedicated concierge to organise VIP tickets to one of the top attractions, including Universal Studios, less than a 20-minute drive away. - While babies in arms are welcome, this home does not accept toddlers or children. This home is located on a hillside and the terrain underneath is very steep and off limits. This home does not feature Cable TV, instead there is a Smart TV to access streaming services. Since the onefinestay photoshoot, some of the home's decor in the living room have been updated. There is one parking space available outside parallel to the garage and unrestricted street parking directly across the home. There is an external camera in front of the main entrance which looks out onto the front porch and street. Long term stay discounts are not applicable to this home.
