«The room was clean and comfortable and included a small kitchenette area with sink, microwave and refrigerator and plates, etc. However, the bathroom was very small, and the shower even smaller. A cleaning fee is charged but you have to empty the trash, why? Also, the rooms are right on a busy road and traffic going by is very noisy, so if you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you. In addition, I booked this location on Lookout Mountain because I thought we would have a mountain ...

«Great location if you are wanting to go to Ruby Falls, Lookout Mtn, Incline Train, or Rock City. The room was clean and had useful amenities. We did not use the pool. Downside is that it is right by the interstate and you can hear the highway noise. The parking lot is a bit small, as well. Overall, a good place to stay.»

«The reason for poor review was that Expedia had not finalized my reservation with the hotel. Hotel staff could find it by back searching Expedia reservations but Expedia had not took last step to send to Hyatt. Beware of Expedia!!»

«The room was not super clean and the floor was sticky. The bed was pretty firm. The hallway to the room and tile by the elevators were also dirty. The parking lot, that you have to pay for, does not seem to have enough spots for all the guests. However, the location was pretty great, the city view was decent, and the breakfast was good. The staff was friendly as well.»

«We had a one bedroom suite with plenty of room and I especially appreciated the clean scent as if the floors were just mopped with Fabuloso or Pinesol instead of the usual hotel scent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only opportunity is valet parking. We had to wait entirely too long and not because the young men weren't working. They were running. The system just doesn't flow well. That said, I liked the property and our room. I would stay here again.»
