«The unit is nice, comfort and rooms were clean! We used the outside patio, enjoying our morning coffee and in the evening! The unit could use more hooks, as there is only two. Plus, a wall table or a piece of furniture to lay some of my items out! It was a pleasant three night stay.»

«This property genuinely felt like home. It is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. It’s on a corner lot, but aside from morning rush hour, we barely noticed the traffic. The neighborhood in Old Town is very walkable with small parks very close by. Loved the “little things” like the lotion and soap dispensers in the bathroom and kitchen. Paper towels and tissues were readily available. The kitchen seemed to be newly renovated and I can’t think of anything else I would have expected to be ...

«My family had a wonderful visit to the Boulder Farm Arcade. There was plenty of space for 7 adults. When we were at the house, we spent most of our time on the large front porch, which offers amazing views. The farm is conveniently located close to downtown Boulder and numerous parks and hiking trails. The beds were quite comfy. The kitchen provides the basic needs to prepare simple meals. The stairs to the lower level are rather steep and narrow. My group did not have a problem with it, ...

«Perfect setup for extended family get-together. Older adults stayed in the rooms upstairs while younger couples had the rooms in the lower level. Ping pong table was great for a little competition, meanwhile the older adults spent several days chatting and putting together puzzles. Kitchen had everything we needed for meals. Nice location within easy driving to Boulder, as we spent an evening at the CU Shakespeare Festival. Overall wonderful 5 days (4 nights).»
