«Had a really bad experience at the SPA of 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge. Therapist was, in my opinion, not qualified or trained to do a deep tissue massage. Very overpriced and one hour waste of time. Following day, we got notified by pool staff to move after 2 hrs by the sun bed in order to give up our space to other guests. This was the final drop; after a complaint to receptionist we decided to check out and leave the hotel 2 days prior to our planned check-out. No apologies, no sorry for what you ...

«There were no iron in my room just the ironing board. Also called the front desk around 1am to get a ride back to our room from main property but there was no answer so my partner and I had to walk back to our room. Otherwise the stay was great. Loved the bath house. Also loved the versatility of the property restaurant. Room were nice and spacious with a breathtaking view.»
