are close; Twain Harte(19 min), Strawberry(15 min), Pinecrest(9 min),Dodge Ridge(15 min), or Columbia Historic State Park. Fishing at Lyons Dam & Beardsley Lake. Board games & WIFI will keep you connected also.

You will have access to the entire house to enjoy all the comforts of home.

HOUSE is for sale 6/1/25. Agents and potential buyers will not disturb you during your stay.

Additional rules
1) Please turn off both heaters.
2) We have replacement towels priced at $10 bath towel, $5 hand towel, $2 washcloths; If any towels are destroyed and/or missing, guests will be charged.
3) Please read wood stove warning & instructions at binder on counter.
4) Garage is not for playing, hazards present.
5) We have security cameras monitoring the front door, back door & garage doors to ensure compliance with our occupancy limits, pet policies and security for our guests. Tampering with cameras from performing their function (i.e. obstructing their view) will be grounds for immediate termination of agreement and immediate vacating of property with no refund.
6) WIFI not guaranteed to work as we are in the mountains. Doesn't work well for zoom type live internet functions.
7) Quiet time outside is 9pm to 8am.
8) No open fires.
9) In winter weather: beware that ice is slippery and you may fall.
10) No parties are allowed!
