Fint opphold, hyggelig og behjelpelig personale. Sofaen som ekstraseng var noe ubehagelig, men fungerte greit! Var ikke vask av rommene, som var et lite minus. Ellers var oppholdet supert!

Små rom for 2 voksne og 2 barn. Rommet var nyoppusset og fint, men veldig møkkete og trangt for 4 stk. Hotellet var under renovering, det fikk vi ingen beskjed om på forhånd. I tillegg ble vi frastjålet en parfyme og sminke som lå i toalettmappe på badet og i bag. Litt lang avstand til nærmeste undergrunnsstasjon.

Større enn forventet. Har vært mye i London alene og med familie. Størrelsen på rommene er små over alt, og de er ikke et unntak. Følte meg velkommen med en gang, vist hvor kaffemaskinen var og generelt høy servicegrad. Den som tok oss i mot var nyansatt og var litt usikker på rutiner, men det går greit - vi alle har vært nye.

We had a great week in London together with our 2 boys. The staff was helpful giving us early check-in andanother apartment when we first got one facing a building site. The apartment was small but it had everything we needed for the days we were there. The housekeeping was not good. They sometimes forgot to take out the litter. The staff never said hello when we went out or when we came back. So l would not give it more than 3 stars. I would expect more attentive staff and the litter to be taken out every day.

Bra beliggenhet i en rolig gate, 10 min rask gange til t-bane stasjon (London Bridge). Masse kafeer og restauranter i nærheten. Frokost på hotellet er noe dyr, billigere å spise på en kafe. Betjeninga i resepsjonen er veldig behjelpelig! Bra fasiliteter på hotellet - gratis tilgang til vaskerommet og treningssenteret, samt gratis kaffe/te i lobby. Det som trekker ned er renhold på rommene og ikke veldig smilende stuepiker som knapt kan engelsk. Det blir masse søppel etter hvert siden en bor i leilighet med eget kjøkken, og bosset burde tømmes hver dag, også i helgene. I helgene vasker ikke de, med mindre man spør dem spesielt. Ingen kost og brett på rommet, heller. Måtte mase om å få dopapir nesten hver dag. Aldri opplevd det før. Måtte mase om å få skifte sengetøy - vi bodde der i 3 uker - etter påminning har de gjort det, jeg spurte selv begge ganger. Hotellet virket relativt nyoppusset, men flere ting ikke fungerte som de skulle - var umulig å låse vindu, og dør til badet var vanskelig å låse og åpne igjen. Totalt sett - ville hatt bedre renhold, og at stuepikene var flinkere å passe på hva som manglet på rommene (tørkepapir, dopapir, håndklær).

Vi var to som bodde tre netter i One Bedroom Studio Suite. Hadde alt vi trengte og enda mer til. Utrolig kjekt å ha et eget kjøkken man kan tilpasse etter allergivennlig kost. Ca 10-13 min å gå fra hotellet til tube og togstasjonen London Bridge og 5 minutter til bussholdeplass med buss nr 1 som går til Tottenham Court Road (30 min kjøretur). Mange restauranter i umiddelbar nærhet i tillegg til dagligvarebutikk ca 5 min under med godt utvalg.

This suites-type hotel on Bermondsey Street is a gem! It's a 15 minute walk to Tower Bridge. Street is quiet and largely out of busy tourist areas. Many excellent small local restaurants are very close by. The neighborhood is an interesting former leather-tanning district with a number of old commercial buildings now repurposed as apartments. The room had a good, well-equipped kitchen area. An excellent free breakfast including healthy options is included.

The corridor to the room does not have a solid outer wall, so it is all the more important that the doors close very tightly, which unfortunately is not the case. We wouldn't want to stay on the first floor again.

Zimmer war wie beschrieben, Frühstück sehr vielfältig und gute Qualität, es wurde ständig nachgefüllt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, Gepäckaufbewahrung war kein Thema. Negativ war, dass vor allem am Wochenende zu wenig Sitzplätze vorhanden waren, manche Familien dehnten ihr Frühstück ziemlich aus. Unsere Handtücher wurden jeden Tag gewechselt, obwohl wir sie nicht auf den Boden geworfen hatten, das ist nicht nachhaltig.

It was a 10 min walk to the London bridge train station. There are some grocery stores around so you can pick up food and drinks quickly. The room provided was okay-ish. The kitchen was easy to use and it good shape. The cleaning crew missed 3 of our 4 night stay wich was quite unfortunate. All in all a good stay with more than friendly staff and a good breakfast.

Staying at Residence Inn, was amazing. From the well kept rooms to the incredible breakfast each morning. Location wise was very convenient, many restaurants, local shops, sightseeings, and even landmarks nearby. Overall a great stay with Residence Inn, especially being in London for the first time. It's the first time we've been in London. We booked this hotel because it's a walking distance to all the nice places we wanted to see. We walked to London Bridge, The Big Ben, The Eye of London. There are many restaurants near the hotel of all types. The room is nice, clean, with all the silverware if we need to eat the leftover from the restaurants. We loved the breakfast here, the food is amazing, the staff is outstanding, very attentive and helpful. I always wanted ice for my bottle, and I did get them most of the time, just have to wait for the ice to be made LOL. We would definitely come back here again if we visit London. Thanks everyone for the wonderful stay.

Great location on walking distance from London Bridge Station. Self catered rooms with a separate kitchen/seating space. Quiet and clean. Standard breakfast included, nothing special, but a decent way to start the day.
