Stains on sheets. Small room, small bathroom. Extremly narrow hallway. No elevator so a pain to get 2 suitcases to the top floor. Bed is a brick. No comfort. Toilet barely flushes. No handsoap. One blind does not work. Thin walls so everything can be heard. Unsure if door is acutally locked or not. Sounds like someone is going into our room when neighbouring rooms is beeing opened. Will not be staying here again.

Travelled with teenage son. We got a family room (one single bed and one double bed). Nice and clean. Room service lady was super sweet. Friendly staff. But we had to pay 20 pounds for early check-in (arrived at 11 o clock in the morning). Room faced the street. Every 15-20 minute an ambulance, police car or fire truck passed by with sirens on. Impossible to sleep without plugs in ears. (Fire department 500 meter down the street) Big shopping Senter near by.

Fin og rolig beliggenhet, litt surr i og med at man måtte til en annen bygning for å sjekke inn bl.a. men var et fint opphold!

Styr unna
Frekk betjening som var lite imøtekommende. Dårlig standard på rommet med gamle harde senger, flekkete dyne, slitt sengetøy og nedslitt interiør.Nærhet til kjøpesenter,restauranter og t-bane /metro var positivt.

Helt greit hotel
Ankom hotellet kl 13 og ble fortalt å komme tilbake kl 14 for å få rommet, kunne få rommet for 10£ ekstra da, noe vi sa nei til og kom tilbake kl 13.25. Da fikk vi nøkkelen til rom 27 på Pearl Hotel, som er akkurat samme kjede av de 3 hotellene her, men med eneste resepsjon og frokost salen til de 3 (Sapphire, Emerald og Pearl) Rommet lå i øverste etasje med mange trange trapper uten heis, og var vanskelig å komme frem med all housekeeping ting i veien. Oppe på rommet holdt de enda på med renhold da vi kom, så de slurvet endel da de skulle skyndte seg å bli ferdig. Så masse smuler på bordet, «diamant negl» fra andre gjester lå igjen. Kjøleskapet virket heller ikke uansett hvilken vei man stilte temperaturen var det like varmt. Ellers var rommet helt greit. Ok stort for å være London, lyst og innbydende nyoppusset bad. Pluss for vannkoker og Te/Kaffe. Frokosten var god med kjempe service. Tok bestilling av eggerøre eller speilegg. Enkelt men godt. Nabolaget var kjempe greit, stille og rolig og meget sentralt. Alt i alt fornøyd.

Noisy street
Very simple room. Poor quality. But everything worked. It was very hot in July and no AC so I had to sleep with the window open. But the traffic right outside was very noisy, so it was hard to sleep. Breakfast was with toast, beans and eggs, but no bacon.

Enkel men god frokost, liten 120 seng og relativt slitt rom. Svært lydt, noe som er et minus på natten. Helt greit om man kun skal bruke rommet til overnatting, men ville ikke anbefalt det til mye avslapning på rommet.

Fantastisk bra!
Har aldri hatt det så hyggelig på en London-tur! Javel, det var et knøttlite rom, men det er London, tross alt. Stille, hyggelige fok i resepsjonen. Wifien var kjempebra! Effektiv frokostservering, god mat. Anbefales!

Fikk et annet hotell enn det jeg bestilte, ble flyttet til det såkalte "nye" bygget. Helt greie rom, et lite minus er at det ikke finnes aircondition. Veldig lite bad. Sikkerheten på hotellet er ganske bra da du må bruke romnøkkelen også på utgangsdøra for å komme deg inn! Området var veldig rolig og familievennlig.

The initial room I was allocated was damp and was the size of a broom cupboard. The second one was fit for purpose but little more.

I originally had some apprehension with staying here based on other reviews, but I was looking for somewhere cheap- and WOW. I loved the stay here!! The beds were clean and comfortable, the bathroom was also clean and the staff were very friendly. This is a great hotel as it’s just down the road from the O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire (what we came for) and both of Shepherd’s Bush’s tube stations are less than a 10 minute walk away!! Additionally, many reviews mentioned that they booked Sapphire and were asked to stay in the Pearl (sister hotel) this was also the same case for us, however, instructions to do so were clear and simple so don’t worry. A 5/5 star stay for sure, if I’m ever in Shepherd’s Bush again, this will be the hotel I choose!!

This is a clean friendly budget hotel. Stayed in a double room en suite. Was a bit like Harry Potter as it was under the stairs, however it was very quiet and the bed was sooo comfy almost slept as well as i would at home.

After I booked this hotel my partner read some terrible reviews about this hotel but they had a no refund policy so we still went ahead. Most of the bad reviews that I read all complained about staying in the Sapphire's sister hotel, the Pearl. For us and for the price we paid (Around £55.00 per night) it was ok. The decor wasn't bad and the beds were clean and comfy. The only thing that let it down was the poor shower pressure, the rusty soap holder (it was so bad the whole holder was literally brown with rust) and it could do with a lick of paint here and there. But as I said for the price we paid it was ok.

I really liked the location of the property which is close to many shoppings and convenient stores. But the walls of the room were presenting stains of molds. Besides they can improve the facilities in the rooms by adding a tray for tea and coffee bags, cutterly, glasses and not one or two plates and a microwave. I did kot appreciate the fact that they lodged me neither in Sapphire hotel nor in Pearl hotel but in another sister hotel of Sapphire hotel which was next to it.

A small room in the basement for 3 people. No small table, only one bedsize table for three people set and a bottom in a bed. No sense... No small light by the bed. The radiator wasn't working. It was cold. Bathroom clean. In the corridor, I suspect that a large number of bags are stored with bedding, which gives the impression of being in a warehouse
