Rommet var mye mindre enn angirt, det stinket (som i STINKET) kloakk i hele rommet pga badet. Hjalp ikke med rengjøringsmidler. Iløpet av 4 netter ble rommet aldri rengjort, det ble ikke fylt på toalettpapir, det måtte vi hente i resepsjonen. Fikk ikke rene håndklær, eller redd sengen. De tømte heller ikke søppel. Sengene var forferdelige, og man våknet med en følelse at fjærene sto igjen i ryggtavla. Ga beskjed om alt, men det ble ingen endring iløpet av oppholdet. Mannen som jobber der er derimot veldig hyggelig, men det veide desverre ikke opp. Vi bor ikke her igjen.

Elendig komfort og renhold
Møkkete, dårlige senger hvor du kjente fjærene, elendig frokost og sur betjening i frokostsalen. Han som var i resepsjonen var hyggelig og forsøkte å gjøre oppholdet så komfortabelt som mulig ved å gi oss nytt rom ( uten at det hjalp på sengene eller renholdet, men det hjalp for lukten, for det første rommet luktet mugg). Beste tips er å booke et annet hotell.

Wouldnt know what to say about this hotel, I tried several times to talk to them on the phone and by sending messages, explaining that we couldnt travel to London due to the Covid-19. I tried to rebook and ask them how to do it, thru didnt seem to know what I was asking about. And then they keep sending me emails if I can review my stay with them... I managed to reebook my flight, not my hotel. I am not booking Oyo on our next trip to London.

Stengt hotell uten varsel på forhånd
Ankom hotellet 22.15 fredag kveld hvor det var stengt pga brudd på brannforskrifter. Ringte Hotels.com som fokuserte på feil ting, da fokus må være å få kunden inn på et nytt hotell raskest. Kort oppsummert, ble flyttet til nytt hotell for en gjest mindre enn avtalt, original booking var for 2 men endret til 3 stk, dette hadde blitt gjort via appen til hotels.com og de kunne se samtalen men booket inn nytt hotell kun for 2 stk. Han som jeg snakket med først la på med meg. Andre og tredje gangen ble linjen brutt, samt fjerde samtalen hvor alt måtte forklares på nytt fikk vi et singel rom til prisen vi skulle betale for 3, men måtte legge ut selv og få kreditert mellomlegget. Var på tlf med dem i 3,5t for å få løst noe som burde vært avklart i første samtale på 10 min. Ubrukelig kundeservice da kommunikasjonen ikke er tilstede mellom hotell og hotels.com som produktet er bestilt hos og ansvarsfraskrivning hos begge. Hotellet ble stengt 3.11 og CI ankom 13.13, ingen info rundt dette var sendt til oss og booking er gjort 6mnd fram i tid. Absolutt ikke fornøyd med håndtering i situasjonen samt løsning, da løsning ble ekstra rom for samme pris som ekstra person men tok over 3 timer å få løst samt fikk ikke lagt oss før 2 på natten pga dette. Ikke grei kundeservice!!!

Stay away!
This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Our double rom was so small that I could almost touch both walls at the same time when standing in the middle. The lighting was a naked fluorescent lamp and nothing else. The bed was small and sagging so we both ended up sleeping on top of each other. After arguing with the staff several times we got another room the other day. This was equally small but the bed was ok. However, now the warm water was gone. The hotel only had cold water for the last three days. The doors on the closet was ripped off. The curtains were hung with binderclips and didn't fit. The floor was creaking so badly that we woke up when the guests in the floor above us walked over the room. The door didn't fit the frame - you could put half of your hand underneath it an into the room. The breakfast room was to small to accommodate all the guests. When breakfast time was over, guests was promptly asked to leave the room immediately before they where finished. The never-smiling staff simply refused to acknowledge any problems, but used every opportunity to charge extra for anything. It was reasonably clean. This hotel was really, really cheap in every sense, except for the price we paid for it.

Hôtel vieillot très bruyant .tres surprise pas de quoi accrocher les serviettes de toilette, les lumières de chevet ainsi que celle du miroir de la salle de bain ne fonctionnaient pas et en plus de tout ça on me demande à l arrivée 20 livres sterling comme je ne pouvais payer quand carte bleue c est pas à 24 pour soit disant des frais de taxe ,je montre ma facture le lendemain , sur celle ci il est bien noté et les taxes sont comprises et là on me dit que comme nous sommes arrivés après 12 h il y a des frais pour le déplacement du portier , honteux, de plus qu ils étaient prévenus et que ça ne posait pas de problèmes

The staff were very friendly however the property was not as advertised. The room was a lot smaller, not much more than a box room and no air con, only a window. I would suggest they update all their facilities or advertise the rooms in their true form.

The property overall was clean. The staff were a bit lacking with information. Didn't pass on the fact that breakfast isn't available or there is a WiFi code. The door lock with card also didn't work and although the room was clean not as picture. No headboards and not a 32" TV. No remote available for it either. Basic but clean need to review the prices to stay here big time !

OYO townhouse london disgusting
For starts i have no photos because i dont need them the room and holel is disgusting dirty and total dated. On arrival the man that let us in was rude and ignorant after letting us in he tgen stood on his phone behind the desk not talking for over 3 min then completely refused us a early check in with out any reason. I know this is optional but a we chat about it would be nice. The other reception workers were perfect. The tv was unwatchable no tea or coffee facilities in room mattres was disgusting. Bathroom was disgusting taps and soap dispensing hes never been washed for weeks. The hotel it self has dirty carpets and dirty fixtures. The hotel is not well run at all. I will neve ever stay in a oyo hotel again. I also have a tiktok account with over 1.2 million followers and i will be doing a number of video showing how disgusting the hotel actually is.

The hotel was disappointing. You are only allowed 1 room key. When we asked for a second they said they would walk us to the room but can’t give a second key. No cover over the main light so just a glaring bulb. There was no remote control for the tv. When we asked at the desk they provided one that did not work. The automatic lights in the halls and elevator timed out quickly so you were in the dark. Sink blocks the entrance to the bathroom. Laundry bags piled in the elevator. Staff is uninterested in being on shift. Need to ask for more towels and toilet paper if you stay more than 1 night. Location was great. Pick another hotel in the area.

Great value accommodation.
I didnt catch the name of the host, but he allowed me to store my bag before check in and was still on shift in the afternoon, evening and the following morning when i checked out. He was very polite and informative and the room i shared with my brother and sister for our brief trip to London was perfectly clean and spacious enough for the three of us. Street noise was very minimal and although we saw plenty of people in the public areas, we didnt hear anything from the other rooms once we were in our room. Locationwise we were 5 minutes from a tube, but the bus line only 2 minutes away went straight through to Oxford street which was exactly what we needed.

Hade bokat ett Deluxe enkelrum för 3 nätter. Men vad som utgjorde Deluxe i rummet var lite svårt att se. Inga krokar eller nån hylla att hänga kläder på. Fick be i receptionen om en stol. Badrummet var så trångt att jag fick gå på tvären förbi handfatet för att komma in i duschkabinen. Däremot han som jobbade i receptionen var mycket trevlig och försökte på bästa sätt hjälpa till. Läget är bra, nära till Kensington gardens och Queensway, men nästa gång väljer jag ett annat hotell.

Imagine a stay without hand towels, hairdryer and proper check-in & check-out. The street was so loud but the location overall was very convenient. There is only one guy at the front desk and he always tries to be very helpful but it was a one-man show in the end. Don't expect much.

Sewer smell, molded walls! Not a safe place2stay!
Where to start? This hotel was a nightmare, Hotels.com should not sell this property! Period. The rooms are much smaller than showed on pictures, the bed mattresses were horrible. I could feel each spring in my back. After the first night the whole room smelled like sewer and I refused to stay in it with my children. I asked for another room, explaining to the concierge the health risks of exposure to sewer gas (hydrogen sulfate poisoning), which didn’t seem to worry him too much. The only available room was one with a single and a double bed. This is not what I paid for! It was late and we wanted to rest after a long day of walking. The room wasn’t better than the first one. It had a low large window, which made me worried about my 6-year old’s safety. But having it wide open in 35 degrees was my only choice to get some air in the room. The hotel could not provide a fan, the bathroom had no ventilation! The smell was horrible! Look at the pictures and the mold on the ceiling, the curve on the walls. Honestly it felt like the roof will collapse in our room. The carpets were stained, the towels had holes. I found the soap and shampoo bottles on the floor, no holders, shelves or hooks where to leave your stuff. TV does not work. No AC(which I knew). No ventilation! Horrible in 35 degrees! Unbearable conditions, want my money back! Worst experience ever!

Stay away from this place it’s dirty and disgusting. Stains all over the carpets, cracks in the walls, water damage, and worst part was it looked like someone picked their nose and wiped it on the wall in one of our rooms. I will never stay at any OYO after this experience, we left the hotel after a few minutes in the room it was so bad. The hotel refused to even give a partial refund. Save your money and go else where even if it cost you a little bit more.

Staff was very helpful and the room was very spacious just the mattress was terrible I have a bad back and could hardly sleep felt like I would fall off. Also the room was really warm no fan or AC did not help sleeping conditions. apart from that the room was very clean, and bathroom too, and really felt taken care of in the hotel.

Très très mauvaises literie manque de confort, et draps pas adaptés, salle de bain manque de debit d'eau et manque de rangement et de suspente pour les serviettes. Tv sans télécommande, beaucoup de chaine ne servent a rien. Pas top 3 nuits 585€ pour 4, Hotel bien situé.
