Mini fridge malfunction: We regret that the mini fridge stopped working during your stay. Our maintenance team is always on a standby should you choose to report it in-house. We have inspected the fridge, looking into this issue to prevent future inconveniences.Breakfast policy: We apologize for any confusion regarding breakfast policy. We do offer a complimentary breakfast to the guests that book the rooms directly with the hotel, the third party reservations have a choice of the rates inclusive of Full English Breakfast or Room Only reservations (for the guests conveniences) to consider before placing the reservations.We appreciate your feedback as it helps us to improve our services. Rush, we are sorry to learn your stay did not match your expectation. The main Hotel is a Historical Building, but we do have a variety of rooms to offer in the Modern conversion, Suites and a Family block studios. The Hotel is operating under the new Ownership and we are in the process of modernisation and refurbishment. The photos are updated regularly on our web pages.

Dear Aleister,We are very saddened your stay did not meet your expectation. The Tudor hotel is a tradition Tudor period hotel, which is a grade II listed building. We are offering a variety of rooms to our guests from a standard Double Room to a Modern Suite or Family Studio. We also operate a 24-hour Front desk, for any arising issues / requests to be resolved promptly....as an example: a free upgrade could have been suggested to a modern room or a guidance on how to operate the shower thermostat. You are most welcome to visit our modernised suites.
