Bra beliggenhet
Det beste er de ansatte! Meget bra service fra flinke folk. Beliggenheten er også veldig bra. Kort vei til metroen og flott område. For oss var det en skuffelse at det ikke var bar på hotellet. Rommene var også veldig små, men vi fikk heldigvis byttet til et større.

Welcoming and friendly staff offering excellent service. Clean rooms and common areas. Sash windows, rather cold temperature in room, but the staff provided an oven.

Helt perfekt for jentetur og bytur
Fantastisk location som er utrolig lett tilgjengelig. Nærme undergrunn, lett å komme seg fra flyplassen og nært sentrum. Super plass å bo da det er litt mer avslappet her, men en er noen minutter unna de travleste gatene :)

Fine store rom. Rent. Rolig området, helt stille på nattestid. Litt slitte rom, men gode senger. Kjøleskap og aircondition. Matbutikk i nærheten. 10 min å gå til Hydepark. Undergrunn Earls court 5 min unna.

Rommet vi hadde var ok, litt lite og noe nedslitt bad mens ellers helt greit værelse. Betjeningen var hyggelig uansett når vi kom til resepsjonen. Beliggenheten var supert for oss og lett å finne frem til undergrunnen fra hotellet samt gode muligheter for spising og shopping i området vårt.

Det var et svært hyggelig hotell. Rommet var stort. Betjeningen var veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom. Frokosten var ikke fantastisk. Vi hadde ikke booket med frokost. Prøvde den første dag, men lot være å ha frokosten på hotellet resten av tiden. Beliggenheten var fantastisk i en rolig gate med kort vei til Hyde park og undrergrunnstasjon. Vi kan virkelig anbefale dette hotellet

After a few snafus during check in, everything else was excellent. Cedric was going above and beyond to help situate the issues and make them right. Everyone at reception desk provided the best service and answered any questions relating to food recommendations, directions etc. The hotel is very close to both the Earl's Court and Gloucester tube stations. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. I can also mention as a woman traveling solo, i felt the area was safe. Even at night when i would walk to local gorcery store Sainsburys. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again

Posizione ottima, circa 7-8 minuti a piedi per arrivare a due fermate dell'underground. Personale cortese, preparato e professionale. Stanza spaziosa per gli standard londinesi e servizio di pulizia ottimo.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, that it says 4 star is an absolute scam. I wish I had read reviews prior to booking this hotel and if you are reading this now turn around while you can. The whole time we were there the wifi didn’t work in the rooms and the TV didn’t work. Our outlets weren’t working in the room at first and when it was fixed the man who reset the circuit tried to blame me by saying I must have plugged in my own hair dryer(?) when I didn’t even have one. The room and bathroom smelled awful, the shower did not drain properly and would range from scalding hot to freezing with no warning. This hotel is in desperate need of repair and it’s honestly embarrassing that they are continuing to stay open. The lobby stinks like shisha and the smell drifts upstairs as well. In addition, the old facade is poorly insulated so everything is terribly loud, we barely slept, including having to listen to a member of the cleaning staff talk loudly on the phone for 20 minutes at 8 am. I’m not one to write reviews like this but I feel that it was absolutely necessary. I’ve stayed in hostels and dorm rooms nicer than here. You couldn’t pay me to go back.

It was centrally located, close to shops and restaurants within a good walking distance. It was a nice and quiet neighborhood. The only thing that I did not like was there was no lotion or washcloth in the room. I did get a couple of lotions when I asked the Front Desk for it. I can understand though that you don't have lotions in the room as not everyone uses it.

Lovely clean and comfortable room with good amenities. Good location. Poor breakfast service with bad organisation, running out of food. Hot food and hot drinks were cold. Frequently needed to ring for service to ask for better provision. This 4* hotel deserves better restaurant service.

Spacious room, huge, comfortable bed, furnishings a bit worn, torn carpet, cracked bathroom tiles. Smart but impersonal entrance. What's the point of online check-in if you still have to go through the whole process again? No bar, no restaurant. Cleaning staff tried to enter my room before I'd checked out.

We just returned from a 3 night stay this weekend and would gladly stay here again Yes it is a little dated however the rooms were spotless and very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. Super close to the tube. Was easy to navigate all round London from this base Staff were polite and efficient. Not issues Thank you.
