Hotel is well located. The beds are comfortable. But wifi is not working most of the time. Shower with low pressure and barely hot water.

STAY AWAY - Smelly and dirty room
YUCK hotel room! This has to be the WORST and dirtiest and most unhygienic room I have ever stayed in, and we payed a very decent amount for the room. We stayed there for three nights. The room smelled SO bad when we arrived. We slept with all windows open on winter nights since it was so smelly. The toilet was so tiny and there was NO racks where you could hang your clothes or towel. The toilet smelled terrible that we couldn't even take a shower in there. Please see the toilet pic I have uploaded. Even those two tiny soaps they gave us was so bad quality that it dried our hands so much. We had to buy our own soap as well. The toilet door wouldn't even close properly, and since the toilet did stick so much, it smelled awful in the entire tiny room. The carpet was SO smelly and dirty as well. NO racks in the room! They claim that it is daily cleaning, but that is UNTRUE. They didn't clean our room at all. On the first day, they had just made our beds, not even changed the duvet, bed sheets or pillow cases. Please look at the picture of the bed. You can clearly see red period stains. It was so unhygienic that I went outside to but my own blanket and pillow case. They don't even wash or change anything. We didn't even get new towels, they had just folded the old ones and put it back. Please DON'T stay at this hotel even if you are on low budget. It was so unhygienic, unclean and smelly that I wasn't able to sleep three nights and couldn't enjoy my trip to London.

A house of horror, yet central and cheap
The reception closes at 23:00 and I wasn’t informed of this until after the booking and the room wasn't refundable. So don’t book this if you arrive late, as that caused a lot of stress. The room was dirty, the door looked like someone had peed on, there was blood stains at the walls, the mirror was about to fall over the bed any time, and everything in the bathroom was broken - tower rails, bathroom mirror, shower, shelfs etc.

Would stay again. Nice place. A bit small bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. 4 mins to subway station. Room cleaning every day. Stayed in room 1.

Lite familiehotell. Trangt i korridorene og uten heis. Rommene var helt ok. Grei engelsk frokost. Resepsjonen stenger kl 2300. Husk dette om du har senere ankomst. Bra renhold. Veldig bra beleggenhet og kort avstand til f.eks Oxford Street. Kan anbefales om du/dere ikks skal tilbringe mye tid på hotellet.

Hotellet ligger sentralt med mange attraksjoner i gangavstand. Det er et rimelig alternativ, og vi var innstilt på at det ville være i nedre sjiktet i forhold til komfort. Var imidlertid ikke innstilt på ekstremt dårlig reinhold, dårlig hygiene i forhold til sengene (ingen madrassbeskytter, nedre puta hadde sminkerester på putevaret, jeg ble bitt av noe kryp i senga!!), vindu med stilasje utenfor som ikke kunne lukkes tilfredsstillende da låsehaspen manglet, sterk parfymelukt på rommet fra en dings i veggen (luftfrisker), manglende toalettpapir og manglende engelskkunnskaper hos de som jobbet der. Frokosten var ikke noe videre. Jeg reiser mye og har bodd på mange slags hoteller, men dette var definitivt det verste.

I stayed this accommodation from last Monday to Wednesday for 2 nights. I found a bug that I have never seen before. I just killed it. A week later, I got a lots of skin rashes (literally so many rashes) on my limbs. It was bed bugs. I wouldn’t say the accommodation is dirty as the staff changes the bedding and towel everyday. However whole bed frames in this accommodation should be replaced as new one! I guess all the rooms have the bed bugs. It’s not worth it to stay here. Price isn’t matter for this issue.

Frankly speaking, the most attractive point for this hotel is the location. It is very convenient to me to go everywhere in London as it is located in the heart of the city. As the room fee is very competitive comparing with the near hotel, I have no compaint to the overall service. However, I hope the hotel could provide the hair-dryer to the customer in nearly future as it is very basic item for the hotel room. It is very uncomfortable to me without the hair-dryer, it means I could not clean my hair after the long day.

Listen, if you’re not going to live in your hotel room during your visit this is the place for you. We came here to sleep, shower and change and spent most of our days exploring. We had a 3 night stay and only on one of the days did we not have hot water. Slight issue but manageable. You’re within walking distance of transport that gets you to all the tourist areas. You’ve got plenty of shopping options. Location wise it was perfect and was a budget friendly option in comparison to other properties in the area. Would recommend if you’re not going to pick at everything your room is not. look at it as the bare necessities when traveling and it’s perfect.

Good in parts
Room stank of stale beer. Only hot water in shower, no cold. No plug in basin. TV not plugged in and could not find socket. Wallpaper peeling off wall. Light switch coming off wall. Comfortable bed though. Shame about the rest.

Could do better.
On arrival, I was sent into the basement to find my room, but it wasn't there. On going into the room, it was a bit cold. There was no hot water until the evening. I had to transfer water from the bathroom tap into the kettle with a glass. The light switch was not near the bed. There was quite a bit of noise from the road and also I got woken several times through the night by the noise of next-door room. I found that there was poor TV reception on some stations (such as BBC1) and the remote control would not switch the TV off and volume buttons and some other buttons did not respond. The keys provided would not open the main front door and room key (No.18) was not easy to operate. Otherwise, my morning shower was good with soap and gel provided,.and the three staff I met were very nice.

Hotellet var ikke som forventet… Vores dobbeltværelse var meget småt og indelukket. Rengøringen var heller ikke i orden og skimmelsvamp i loftet. Alt i alt kan det ikke anbefales
