Hotellet ligger sentralt rett rundt hjørnet til Piccadilly Sircus. Tilgang til flott gym og basseng gratis. Vi hadde junior suite og skuffende oppleves slitt med mange ting som burde fikses. Teppe burde renses var så flekkete og sofaen burde fjernes. Frokost veldig enkel så her er mye å gå på. Vil nok vurdere et annet hotell neste gang til Dilly har fått pusset opp som trengs.

Stort rom med meget sentral beliggenhet til en mer rimelig penge enn mange lignende. Hyggelig og profesjonelt personale. Frokosten var dessverre ikke noe å skryte av, og veldig dyr (28GBP per pers), men det er mange gode frokoststeder like i nærheten. Alt i alt veldig fornøyd, og hit kommer vi nok tilbake flere ganger.

Usikker på om rommet var det jeg bestilte. Hadde sett for meg at det var i bedre stand da jeg bestilte type signatur rom, men fikk vel stort sett et vanlig rom vil jeg tro. Ikke helt topp service under frokosten, vanskelig å få servert kaffe. Beliggenheten er helt topp.

Bra beliggenhet, men skuffet over totalinntrykket.
Hotellet i seg selv virket bra, bra beliggenhet, god bar/ restaurant på groundfloor. Men rommet skuffet, vi bodde på rom 529. Gulvet knirket noe vanvittig da man gikk på det og teppe hadde store mørke flekker/ virket møkkete. Det var flere hull i gulvet ved sengene, så tråkket man feil der kunne det gå galt. Det var heller ingen informasjon på rommet om når frokost tidene var, hvor de forskjellige fasiliteter osv var. Som feks, hvilken etg frokosten var på, hvor svømmebasseng og treningsrom var mm. Vi kom litt tidlig, fikk ikke sjekket inn, noe som var ok. De skulle ringe meg da rommet var klart. Ingen ringte og ingen hadde tatt seg bryet med å ta kofferter opp på rommet da det var klart. Det sto også brett med gammel mat i gangen i hele 3 dager før de ble fjernet! I basseng området virket det slitt/ gammelt, det luktet mugg i steamrommet og garderobe. Her var også rensligheten dårlig. Frokosten var god, men dårlig utvalg og variasjon.

Close to great shopping
Very friendly front office staff, at the checkin I was met by very friendly staff. Also the concierge did a good jobb assisting. The Hotel is located very close to Piccadilly Circus and easily accessible by using the underground which is less than 100m away. Great shopping in the area with all the major brands just a stroll away. Dont be fooled by the indian restaurant next to the reception, they are not a part of the Hotel as I understand and service level thereafter. The breakfast became extremely boring after two days, no variations or any excitements. The last day I had a very scary experience when the fire alarm went off in the morning. My recommendation to all is to check the fire escape from your room, it is not well laid out and I became trapped in a small entrance room. I gave the management some few lesions learned and I really hope they will follow up. Except that incident I am happy with the stay.

Welcomed by Rude Security - ignored by hotel staff
Service seems to have deteriorated significantly- when I arrived by taxi at noon with four pieces of luggage - I was met by a rude security guard asking me to get away - as opposed to being helped. In the terrace restaurant- there were few guests and lots of employees- but no follow up at the table - seems to be clueless and leaderless.

Hotellet ligger veldig bra til og de ansatte var imøtekommende. Store rom. Virket litt slitt. Veldig lytt mellom rommene. Den første dagen måtte vi be dem om å ordne rommet vårt da de ikke hadde gjort det når vi kom hjem på ettermiddagen. Frokosten var grei, veldig hyggelige kelnere ved frokostbuffeten.

Fantastisk hotell med flott beliggenhet og vennlige medarbeidere. Terrassen ble flittig brukt på varme og solrike dager. Trim-/bassengfasilitetene var veldig bra. Det eneste negative var at rommet vi fikk hadde utsikt til en byggeplass, ellers romslig og rent. Pluss for USB-uttak for lading!

Almost perfect
All in all a great hotel. Let me list up the positives first: - Big rooms and King size bed - Great location - Very friendly and helpful staff - Beautiful architecture - Great breakfast buffet - In general a clean hotel - Very nice gym and pool But a few things took away that perfect moment for us. First of all the floor in our room was in VERY bad shape. Apparently they put a carpet over a lot of rotten and unusable floor. Over 50% of the floor was creaking loudly, and you could feel the uneven flooring as you walked around. Also there was only a bathtub, and to stand in a bathtub to shower is not ideal. And last, it was a bit difficult to cool the room, as the ventilation was a bit noisy, and for some reason didn’t have that much effect. But in general satisfied.

Sentralt kvalitetshotell.
Sentral beliggenhet og et veldig bra hotell. Det er både nyrenoverte og ikke renoverte rom her. Denne gangen fikk vi et av de gamle. Rommet er likevel bra, men badet bærer preg av slitasje. De renoverte rommene er mye finere. Veldig bra treningsrom og basseng. God service og bra frokost. For å variere frokosten anbefales å benytte seg av kafeer og restauranter i området.

Fint hotell sentralt i London
Supert hotell. God beliggenhet. Fine rom. Vi fikk veldig god service av Ryan i resepsjonen. Han fikk oss til å føle oss veldig velkommen og var så profesjonell i jobben. Kan anbefale alle dette hotellet som ønsker et rolig og fint hotell med god beliggenhet.
