Det er litt varierende standard på rommene, anbefaler å ikke ta de «billigste» rommene. Vi hadde to forskjellige rom, og var fornøyd med rommet i 4 etasje. Det andre rommet , etasje 2 hadde eldre bad og var mindre koselig. Vi måtte bytte rom, også pga lukt. Vi mistet aircondition på hotellet 2 netter, mistenker at dette har skjedd før, da viftene sto klar. Fikk uansett fantastisk hjelp av Jessica i resepsjonen, blid og vennlig. Frokosten i puben tilknyttet var veldig bra, koselig, hyggelig personale og god mat

Fantastisk service, store, rene rom, restaurant var under ombygging, fikk derfor continental frokost servert på rommet hver morgen. Hotellet ligger sentralt til, i rolige omgivelser, bare noen minutters gange til Tower of London.

The Chamberlain was not up to standard.The hotel was bring rebuilt.No pub,no restaurant,no breakfast room.A paper bag outside the door with rubish at 6 am every morning ,a substitude for breakfast.Ok area to stay, but would not use this hotel again.

Flott hotell i umiddelbar nærhet til Tower Hill
Sjekket inn tidligere enn antatt og fikk oppgradert til et Deluxe rom gratis. Veldig hyggelig og behjelpelig resepsjonist. Koselig bar/pub. Eneste som trekker ned er restauranten. Vi skulle spise på kvelden og satt over en halvtime og ventet på og få bestilt mat etter at vi hadde fått drikke på bordet. Maten var ikke noe særlig heller..

Flott hotell, med kort avstand til Liverpoolstreet. Hotellets gjester får bli i puben frem til 0200! Vi brukte hotellet i forb. Med fotballtur, og det er 2. gang vi bor her ;)

OK hotell med hyggelig betjening
Hotellet var OK. Standarden var OK. Det første rommet vi fikk hadde en stygg lukt (fukt) og hadde sølvkre på badet. Ikke hyggelig! Vi fikk, uten problemer, et nytt rom. Rommet var fint og hadde verken stygg lukt eller sølvkre :) Det som var negativt der, var en slamrelyd i veggene hver gang noen tappet vann, og det var lytt ut til gangen. Det var heller ingen knagger for å henge fra seg. Verken på rommet eller på badet. Ellers var det bra renhold og hyggelig betjening :)

Sjarmerende hotell
Vi ble møtt av en veldig hyggelig resepsjonist og fikk et fint rom med gode senger. Første kvelden spiste vi middag i puben, og fikk fantastisk service. Frokosten er god, og personalet behagelig og hjelpsomme, men litt dårlig organisert. Dette var vårt andre besøk på hotellet, og vi kommer helt sikkert tilbake!

Had a great two night stay in this small and cosy hotel. Service-minded staff, nice rooms and not much noise from the street even with a room on 1st floor. You can hear the subway vaguely, but overall very quiet. Would love to stay there again if I need a room in that area.

We had a fantastic stay! Our room was perfect, the staff were lovely and the customer service was top notch. Breakfast was fab, we especially loved the scrambled eggs. My only negative was the Air Con. We were very lucky to be blessed with some beautiful weather during our stay but the heat in the room was unbearable and we both struggled to sleep. We could hardly feel the Air Con and it definitely did not help to cool our room down. If this was sorted then it would of been a 5* stay. Thank you to all your hard working staff, they’re amazing 😁

We wanted a hotel near the Tower Gateway DLR terminal as we were attending the ABBA voyage concert. The hotel was ideal for this: a short walk to the terminal, very clean and comfy room, helpful staff, good restaurant for the evening, and a great breakfast included in the price. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again.

The hotel is currently providing heating until the British summer months but yo can always request a fan from the reception team subject to availability.
