Amazing hotel with a great location and an absolutely amazing concierge staff. Andy, the senior concierge is top-notch one of the best I have ever worked with.

Excellent staff and location. However the beds are way too stiff, pillows to slim, shower has no water pressure whatsoever and room too small for the price. Not going again.

Beautiful hotel - disappointing accommodations.
Surprisingly uncomfortable beds at this price point. We had a double twin and the beds were like roll-away beds with mattress pads. The fire alarm went off in the middle of one of the nights due to someone smoking in their room and there was quite a bit of noise in the hallways coming through underneath the door.

Staff were unprofessional and not very kind. Cleaning crew stole items from within our closed and zipped suitcases. Staff did nothing and accused my teen daughter of taking the items. Would not recommend this hotel of the many amazing hotels in London

Great hotel in a prestigious area. Clean and pleasant, expected for the cost of the booking. brilliant bar staff all around. poor general staffing from the porter to back of parking. Unpleasant on both ends and poor checking in staff. no excitement even though stating for purpose of staying. Hotel was great but lacked an experiance purely down to attention of detail from staff, across the board. great facility, eventually for parking car on site. Would only stay again because of the neat and tidy hotel and location. I have stayed at many 5 star hotels across the mayfair and surrounding area and have never left a review, purely because I don't have time to leave one. overall was disappointing but could've been an off day.

Excellent property unfortunately had an incident where my children and I encountered a half clothe couple on the couches in front of the elevator at 7 am while on our way to breakfast. Really taken aback by that.

hotel confortável e bem localizado
Quarto não condizente com o comprado pelo site. Havíamos escolhido um quarto espaçoso e ao chegarmos vimos que o quarto não correspondia com o escolhido(pelas fotos e metragem). Tivemos que trocar e pagar a diferença. Atendimento fraco no café da manhã. Ficávamos esperando meia hora para trazerem uma xícara de chá e uma de café. No mais o quarto em que ficamos foi muito confortável e limpo e banheiro também. Localização muito boa. Recepção tinha atendentes bem atenciosos. No geral, gostamos.

The room that was provided had some issues in the bathroom( things happen), but the staff was very responsive and change the room with an upgrade, that is the kind of service that you expect when you stay in a hotel like this.

Biltmore Mayfair-hope to return
The staff was wonderful. They were ready to answer any questions about locations and restaurants. I especially was very impressed with the servers and staff at breakfast every morning.
