Anbefales. Romslig og flott hotell.
Flott hotell som virkelig anbefales. Ok frokost, romslige og rene rom, hyggelig personalet. Den ligger veldig greit til om du skal på Excel, ellers er det kun en liten tur på undergrunnsbanen på 15-30 minutter så er du i byen.

Lovely yacht. Staff were amazing and friendly. Drinks were expensive even for London. £18 for a cocktail! Only slight issue if anything is the yacht is under London City flight path very close to the airport so naturally they fly very low to the yacht. They do stop flying around 9pm. So didn't impact our sleep but something to bear in mind if you have young children going to bed early. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice. Yacht is located at docklands to easy to get too using the Elizabeth Line underground. We had an overall very nice stay and would stay again.

Very nice boat hotel, situated on the Thames next to the Excel, and walking distance from Customs House DLR. Lovely decor, fantastic rooms.

Let's start with the positives: great big soft bed, clean room, amazing helpful staff who were more than willing to answer my dumb question and even allowed me to securely store my belongings temporarily. I want to especially shout out Alex the bar staff, his great conversational skills and customer service made an already great stay an amazing one. Now to the negative, the showers are kinda rubbish, takes a bunch of effort to turn on and even more to turn off especially when your hands are wet.

I booked up 5 mins after entering the website. Nice cruise ship, docked next to Excel & is beautiful inside. Room was massive & bed was sooooo comfortable.

Lovely view's from the Yacht, rooms were nice we got a feee upgrade with a balcony which was great! The only thing ill say is there was no tea spoon in the room for coffee machine, no tea spoons at breakfast where you make tea and coffee. There were no small plates ready for use at breakfast with the breads etc. The head of waitress said she was going to get our culterty and never came back with any so i had to leave my breakfast to go find someone else to give me some...breakfast was then cold. Plates also werrent the cleanest id seen, breakfast was very standard ive had nicer at a premier inn im afraid. Bar staff and reception staff were lovely.

Sanborn is an experience not to be missed. It provides affordable hotel accommodation that allows you to experience luxury yacht facilities and living. Beautiful environment and decor, with some really good touches!

Location ideal. 2 minutes from a tube station, away from the hussle and bustle of London, quiet setting with beautiful views of the docklands and shops and restaurants close by. Brilliant for the O2. Stunning yacht with big rooms and excellent service. All very competitvely priced. Definitely recommend.

The property is clean a big plus. However, the property is advertised as having cable but all the rooms have terrestrial channels only. Big minus as we planned to escape the children, eat, sleep and watch TV. The coffee machine did not work. A member of staff having attempted to fix it for 20min eventually replaced it. Which he should have done immediately to avoid infringing on our time. We were provided with only one bath towel. The menu for room service is extremely limited although the quality of food is good. We checked out one night early so also lost out financially (We have better amenities at home) Overall, the yacht is the selling point so glad we went it wasnt a 'celebratory' event though because of all the lack of attention to all the small details that would have made it a good experience for us.

Very different experience staying upon this boat hotel. Large rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Bathrooms a little on the small side but adequate.

Pretty Good!
The boat is nice. The staff are pleasant but all from other countries. Rooms are generous. Food is pricey but good. £20 starters and £30 mains.

Would definitely stay again
Our second stay here and everyone was professional, friendly and eager to help. The rooms are huge and very comfortable. There was an espresso machine but my mum likes good old instant coffee in a sachet so would have preferred this. The bed is lovely. Arrived there via the cable car- definitely the way to arrive

Christmas on the Sunborn
We booked this stay last minute, when our Christmas plans changed. We were able to book Christmas lunch and then decided to stay the night. The room (cabin) was luxurious with bathrobes, coffee machine and everything needed for a comfortable stay.
