Abysmal
This hotel should not be accepting guests. The rooms are dirty, carpet is unmentionable, bathroom grimy and smelly. I have contracted a fungal infection on my feet from the carpet. I reached late at night and did not have an option. I need a full refund and am minded to sue for medical expenses regarding my feet.

This hotel is disgusting, blood on bedroom furniture, plaster coming off the walls..very dirty throughout. I left after 5 mins to get another hotel. Absolutely disgusting

Disappointing
Not great if I'm honest, ok for a cheap 1 night stay. Doesn't appear to have any money spent on the place and just left to deteriorate.

No person to help with luggage management at hotel. I am pregnant and i requeste aomeone to help me with keeping luggaue at storage area but no one helped. Person at reception is not available at most of the times.

Non troppo lontano dalla metro. La camera non è pulitissima, le lenzuola si ma vecchie (bucate). Hotel vecchio, avrebbe bisogno di accortezze e rimodernamenti, soprattutto per i rumori esterni e tra le camere. Personale disponibile per ogni problema/esigenza.

Nie wieder.... Dreck überall, angefangen vom Teppich, wo man kleben bleibt, Betten unter aller sau, man merkte alle federn, Bettzeug übersät von Flecken, würde auf Anfrage nicht gewechselt, sondern auf links gedreht, Kühlschrank verschimmelt, Wasserkocher nicht nutzbar, eine Tasse vorhanden und voll Kaffee vom Vorgänger, Handtücher nur auf Nachfrage, die auch mehr dreckig waren, Toilettenartkikel nicht vorhanden, Bad überhaupt nicht geputzt, haben wir dann selbst gemacht. Flugzeuge landen im Minutentakt über dem Hotel, wobei sich das hotel die Flugroute über das hotel nicht aussuchen kann. Es war das schlimmste hotel, dass wir je hatten.

This hotel should simply not be allowed to stay open. December in England and NO heating even when we complained. Luckily for us it was about 8c at night and believe me it was warmer outside. Windows broken, water tepid but pressure pathetic. We would have been better in a tent!

Noisiest Hotel Ever
No one mentions the aeroplanes going directly over the hotel every 5 minutes throughout the night.

This hotel was a dump, the window was broken and would not shut so it was cold , the lamp was burnt, door to the room would not shut propley, bedding was not clean, reception no one was there most of the time

Disgusting! Please read all reviews before booking
I have never experienced a hotel in such a poor state of health that has 3 stars. Dirty, dishevelled, haphazard and wouldn't touch with a barge pole - unfortunately only read the reviews after the visit. What a house of horrors. Avoid at all costs.

Our London break
When we entered the building, the reception was shabby, dull in need of a really good overall, the decor and carpet a right mess the hole in side of the building is in need of a good make over, there is know lift, so you had to carry your bags up the stairs, has there was one man on reception who didn't speak very good English, the room was spacious one double and 2 singles with shower and toilet, the bedding and towels were clean again what let it down was the decor, carpets and curtains all in need of a make over, house keeping was done every day, it's such a shame this place could be so much more great location, plenty of shopping, restaurants and only 10 minutes walk from tube station, breakfast was not included, but there was plenty of free parking, and we came and went has we pleased with no hassles

Not HAPPY
When we arrived there was no one to greet us,when He did turn up he was on the phone so we could not talk properly. He just gave us the key and pointed the way to our room. We got to the room which was not kept to what should be a 3 star Hotel. The sheets looked clean ,but the walls and floor were dirty. We were not happy and my partner just wanted to leave,we went out for an hour and the area around the hotel was to say the least run down, It felt more like a hostel than a hotel , While we were out we dicided not to stay ,on our return we picked our stuff up and left,

It was absolutely horrible and I have no idea how it passed any health inspection. There were mattresses in the hallway and in what was supposed to be a side table was a drawer full of nut shells. Needless to say my son is deathly allergic to nuts. They refused to give us a refund and it just made for the worst experience we could have ever had.

Clean comfy bed but far too expensive
I chose this hotel because it was available and close, but for the money it really is pretty poor. The sheets were clean and the bed comfortable, but the state of the furnishings in the room was very poor indeed - it reminded me a lot of a student flat. At least there was free wifi that worked well and a TV with a good selection of channels, but for the price I paid I would have expected something in rather better condition.

Comfortable and cheap and close to things
Value for money, not a palace but good for a tourist visiting the area and being a tourist and just needing somewhere to sleep each night. Close to Public Transport and shopping. Rooms have surprising space considering some i have stayed in and best of all a jug to make tea or coffee (though you may have to ask reception for a teaspoon, weird since coffee etc is supplied but for two different check ins i had to do) . Parking out front available and the neighourhood seems safe enough. Never managed to get decent wifi reception in room but i could say the same about many English Hotels so not a big deal. TV is flatscreen computer monitor type so 15 inch or so, and reception depends on room but okay mainly. I'm sure it would be convenient for events at Twickenham Stadium.

Dingy, old, dusty and mouldy
Internet didn't work and staff refused to turn on heating. I've paid £30 per night for a cold and dirty en-suite single room. It was comfortable and well equiped but not clean. Old mouldy carpet need vacum cleaning or being replaced.
