Expedia gave high reviews of this hotel but when you see in person it’s totally different , outdated rooms carpets and walls dirty . Once I entered the room I observed stains on the sheets and blankets. Checked out before I unpacked. Savers Hotel charged me me a day 👍just for checking in, no chance i would have stayed the night .

The property could use some upgrades. They say no smoking in there but the room they put us in stuck like smoke! They changed us rooms and that was greatly appreciated! However someone was smoking or something coz at 1:30am the fire alarm went off. They said from another guest.. the free breakfast was mixed fruit, cold cereal, toast/bread, yogurt, pastry. Tea, coffee, milk, juice. I’m not sure I’d go back there.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this excellent hotel. The staff were extremely helpful. It is next door to a tube station that is on the Central line and takes you straight into the heart of London.

Yes of course. We stayied in room G02. The things you need to improve - 1.carpet is very old and ugly. 2.mirror lamps aren’t working. 3.its difficult to take the kettle out of the drawer.first needs to bring the whole tray out and then bend the kettle to bring it out. 4.room is not very clean. 5.when I took the kettle out I opened it to fill up some water and I saw a long hair inside. I washed kettle and then soak it with the tissue paper then used it.☹️. 6.there’s only one power connection on double bed side not on the other side. Very annoyed 😒 for not having these things. 7.don’t bother about vegetarian meal.no variety of food in buffet. Overall not happy with the stay

Good price, for location. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were dated and had to swap because plug sockets didnt work/fitted close to a top so couldnt be used. Breakfast was only continental option, poor considering most hotels offer all option breakfast. evening food option was very poor, the pub next door had far better food and at a cheaper price! We were using the hotel for work purposes, but have to say with the amount of tourists in the hotel this showed a really poor standard of UK hotel.

Fantastic location for transport links. On site secure parking and right next door to the tube/train station. In desperate need of a refurbishment overhaul. Feels very tired and dated throughout. Staff were fantastic, especially the breakfast staff. Extremely friendly and helpful.

The first room i stayed , room 232 had no intercom, its central air condiner has no functional control from the room and also , it appears as if the shower too was funny. The second room i stayed when i returned back from my trip within, room 206 was excellent, clean and had everything in good functional order.

For the price this hotel is a great base to explore London attractions. 5 mins from the M40 junction, safe onsite parking (chargeable) next door to South Ruislip station which is both a Tube and National Rail line. 2 stops from Wembley stadium and 3 stops from London Marylebone. The other next door neighbour is a Greene King pub. Sainsbury's is opposite and the "Old Dairy" retail complex is a couple of minutes walk along a pedestrian path to be at Asda Superstore, Nandos, McDonald's and other stores and restaurants. The hotel itself is fairly old fashioned and probably needs a refresh but that is reflected in the reasonable prices . But it is fair to say, everything is clean, the included breakfast was a nice bonus with premium Croissants and cold meats, cheeses, juice and toasts. You can pay extra for hot food but from my experience today, nobody took that option. The room itself was fine, small with a standard double bed, drawers and wardrobe, electronic safe, hairdryer, kettle and a plug in heater. There was some sort of built in climate control but i pressed all the buttons and it didn't seem to change anything. The bathroom was old and very tired but again it was clean, the water was hot, the towels fluffy. I would suggest they invest in a refillable pump container for shower gel and shampoo etc rather than the tiny plastic bottles. All in all the hotel is good value for money and the location is great and well serviced by many amenities you would need in a stay.

This hotel is exactly what you’d expect for round about £100 a night. It’s no frills, but for the amount of time you’ll likely spend in the hotel room it’s excellent. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We arrived late at 1.30am and there was an attendant still there at the secured parking area, so no problems even at that time. Tube station is less than 1 minute away and only 40 mins into central London. This place is the way forward for us- cheap and cheerful with great staff, links and location.
