We really enjoyed the Royal Lancaster London
We had a fantastic stay at Royal Lancaster London. Great service all the way from the young man in the door, the reception, the concierge and through to the lady in the lounge bar. We would absolutely recommend Royal Lancaster London to anyone planning to visit exciting London. We have already discussed that the next time we visit London, we will check if Royal Lancaster London has a room for us.

Nydelig hotell med utsikt over Hydepark.
Perfekt plassering, fantastisk personale og slående utsikt! Hydepark (og Peter Pan) er kun et lite steinkast unna. Senga var litt hard, men puter og sengetøy var av slik kvalitet at vi sov godt for det. Spa på rommet. Rent og fint hotell som gir deg akkurat så mye luksus (eller kanskje litt i overkant?) du trenger for å gjøre London turen komplett! Hit skal vi tilbake!

If you prefer nature and history, this location is perfect. Upon arrival it was a short walk from Paddington Station when travelling from Heathrow. Directly across the road from Hyde Park and a short walk to Kensington Palace, Royal Albert Hall, and Diana’s memorial. Having a tube station directly underneath the hotel was perfect for the novice London visitor. The concierge, bellhops, hospitality desk, room service, and housekeeping was attentive to every details and very helpful in a timely manor. The rooms are small but efficient. Reminded me of a cruise ship stateroom.

This was our third stay at the Royal Lancaster and as always, the staff was very friendly and the service was excellent. We had breakfast everyday. After the first day the staff recognized us and personally greeted us. Aziza gave us some information about places to go and things to do.

Property was clean and well managed. Housekeeping was great where the manager also checked in. The only downside is that the room is quite small where it was difficult to find a spot to open up our luggage

This is a beautiful property right across from the magnificent Hyde Park. The tube and bus stop are just round the corner. The staff’s friendliness and attention to detail is superb. We also enjoyed an incredible view of the city from our comfortable bedroom. The room was extremely clean. We also enjoyed the complimentary coffee and biscuits in our room.

Pleasant surprise! Really liked the vibe of the hotel - rooms are well appointed and very bright even if a bit small. Many have great views towards Hyde Park. Quiet area and super assessable to Notting Hill, Marleybone, Mayfair etc., tube station next door, Paddington Station 10 min taxi ride and who doesn’t love a walk in Hyde Park which is right across the street. The staff was amazing - so friendly and helpful, really made the stay memorable!

Ideal für eine Städtereise
Wir hatten ein wundervolles Wochenende in London. Das Hotel ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Es liegt direkt am Hyde-Park. Eine U-Bahn-Haltestelle und verschiedene Bushaltestellen befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Bahnhof Paddington ist ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Würden wir das Hotel noch einmal buchen? Auf jeden Fall!
