Juleweekend
For et fantastisk hotell - lekkert. Man følte seg veldig godt ivaretatt - en hjemmekoselig atmosfære. Sørget for at vår mor og datter juleweekend ble svært vellykket. Har også den hotteste baren i London - Scarfes. Bestilte frokosten opp på vårt rom - nydelig start på dagen før juleshopping. Kan varmt anbefales.

This is probably the best hotel experience Ive had in London. I will certainly visit Rosewood again when Im in London.

Friendly and luxurious in the heart of London
As to be expected given the price and five star classification, the Rosewood is a wonderful hotel with great service and facilities. The location is also excellent with walking distance to Covent Garden and the West End. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and thanks to Expedia we were also offered complimentary breakfast, early check in and late check out. The only draw back was that we got rooms on different floors, and that one of the rooms were at the very far end of the building with a non-functioning safe and a broken coffee machine.

Prinsesse-følelse hotel
Flott hotel, meget sentralt med gangavstand til det meste i city. Får litt prinsesse følelse av hotelelt og spennende å se på andre mennesker som bor der. Her finner du alt fra jet set til familer på tur. De har egen hund som heter Pearl som var helt skjønn og i lobbyen når vi kom. Nydelig design og avslappet, men veldig profesjonell stab.

Wow - for et hotell - for en service!!
Fantastisk service og meget god beliggenhet til Covent Garden. Rom med 2 doble senger. Perfekt for bestemor, mor og datter på tur. God, men dyr frokost. Ingen forskjell i pris på barn og voksen og utvalget var litt for voksent for min datter. Mange steder å spise frokost i nærheten. Ingen forstyrrelser fra hverken vei, heis eller nattlige gjester. Helt perfekt for helgeshopping i London.

Terrible experience
Paid a premium rate for a luxury hotel without any of the premium or luxury associated with a $1,000/night room. When we arrived there was no one to greet/welcome or help us. We had to unload all our luggage from our taxi without any help from anyone. I can get that kind of non service for $100/night. We were early to check in so they told us they would call when our room was ready. Around check in time I called them to get an update to our room, the operator could not get a hold of anyone from the front desk to get us an update on our room so she said they would call us back when someone was available (guess what we never got that call). So after a couple hours past check in we decided to just head back to the hotel anyways. When we finally got the key to our room we literally had to step through a soaking wet hallway. I wish I could load a video to show how disgusting it was to walk to and from our room on our stay. The smell was disgusting. Every time we walked out our door or from the elevator on to our floor we got hit with the smells of a locker room. We had to cover our noses and hold our breathe. Just absolutely gross. Anytime we needed a taxi we had to find one ourselves. The front door men just stood around, not acknowledging our existence or offering any kind of help. What a absolute waste of money. Stay somewhere else unless you’re into over paying for really bad customer service and smelly, wet carpet is your thing

During your departure, we had understood otherwise and I am truly sorry as we should have been more proactive in letting you know how sorry we were that your experience was far from what anybody would expect from us. Allow me to provide some insight to the situation that resulted in your inexcusable experience. At the time of your arrival, the hotel was in the midst of handling an emergency situation caused by the activation of our sprinkler system due to activity by another guest. I can assure you, that this experience was not reflective of the usual high service standard and experience that are provided from us at Rosewood London. First time staying with rosewood. Staffs are very kind and welcoming. Hotel is kinda old. Food is great. Saw a pillow from IKEA is a bit shocking. I thought rosewood is way better than this. And fire alarm went off on a cold Sunday morning is really disturbing.

5 stat disappointment
This hotel used to be my favorite, but now this hotel has become.a bit of disappointment. The room had a very small window and the staff failed to clean the room as requested. When we asked for still water, sparkling water was delivered twice. The turn down service was provided quiet late around 9 PM which made our sleep inconvinient. Overall this beautiful hotel is not what it used to be. Not sure if we will go back.for the price we paid.

It was an AMAZING stay. We went in holidays seasons, and all were decorated so beautiful and christmasy. Service was TOP, the hotel is beautiful. 100% recommended.

My girlfriend and I live in New York and were familiar with another Rosewood Hotel, The Carlyle, which was what motivated us to book this hotel. It is located in a very central area only steps from the British Museum and within walking distance to other attractions/major neighbourhoods. The concierge and the rest of the hotel staff were friendly. There is a nice restaurant and an interesting jazz bar - The Scarfes.
