All in all, ok. However, a four star hotel should not have an area with a lot of rubbish - view from our balcony when looking down at the hotel’s area. The halls could do with a bit of New tapestry. The bathroom in our room could have been cleaner. The bathroom door was dirty and the shower door leaked so we ended up with a lot of water on the floor when we showere.

Don’t stay here
Small room. Too small curtains that let in a lot of light from the street lamp right outside the window. Small bathroom with lots of water on the floor. And worst of all, USED BED COVERS. I do not recommend this hotel.

OK hotell uten frokost
Hoteller var ok men sengene var stein hard. Frokost var fryktelig dyr, 24 £ for engelsk frokost. 2 minutter å gå så finner en 3 alternative steder å spise frokost til en normal pris. Ellers rent og pent og sentralt sted å bo til en akseptabel pris

Betjeningen var hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Beliggenheten var bra i et rolig strøk. Hotellet har imidlertid ingen air- condition, og da det var varmt i byen var det så varmt på rommet at det var vanskelig å sove.Det må ha vært nærmere 30 C, tross åpent vindu, det føltes som en bakerovn..

Greit og rimelig hotell med god service
Bodde to netter på Grange Rochester i forbindelse med jobb. Grei beliggenhet til Victoria station, ca 10-12 minuter rusletur unna. Personalet var blide og vennlige. Om noe trekker ned, er at det var vegg til vegg teppe på rommet. Ikke så kult om du er allergiker kanskje, så hør om de har rom uten teppe om du ønsker det. Ellers ingenting å utsette på hotellet.

Godt hotell ved Victoria Station
Komfortabelt og hyggelig hotell i gåavstand fra Victoria Station. Vi fikk et romslig rom i 4. etasje, god standard på rom, bad og senger. Hyggelig og serviceinnstilt betjening, også for bar/romservice på natt. Ca. 10 minutters gangtur til Victoria station, der bla. Gatwick express kommer inn.

Flott hotell, med god service.
Jeg og min datter hadde et flott opphold på dette hotellet. Vi fikk et stort rom, noe av det største jeg har vært på i London, ca 16 kvm. Gode senger.Ok beliggenhet til Victoria station, ca 10 minutt å gå. Frokosten var god, men hadde forventet litt mer til den høye prisen. 18 pund for kontinental frokost og 24 pund dersom vi også ville ha engelsk frokost! Vi hadde frokost en dag, de andre dagene gikk vi på Pret A Manger. Der betalte vi 13 pund for to personer. Allikevel så anbefaler jeg hotellet på det varmeste.

Greit hotell
Greit hotellopphold. Veldig typisk eldre britisk stil, det vil si: mahogny fargede panel på det meste av hotellet som gir det et tidsløst tema som passer godt i den britisk hovedstaden. Rommet vårt var G7 i kjelleren og i enden av en gang, det var relativt stort og inneholdt også en sliten 2 seters sofa i tillegg til sengen. Vegg til veggteppe på gulvene og en altandør som kan åpnes på sommeren. Denne var nå sperret med ute-møbler på utsiden så vi ikke fikk åpnet det helt opp. Relativt høyt prisede rom, men det er nå gjennomgående for London så i forhold til andre hotell i samme prisklasse og med tanke på hvor sentralt det var så var det brukbart.

Svært fornøyd. Rolig hotell i koselig strøk, med kort veg til flere frokostplasser. Litt trange rom og uten AC, men det var ikke noe problem i september.

A great hotel with the politest staff, in all areas, that I have ever encountered. Room comfortable, spacious and very clean. Good choice at breakfast. Only tiny criticism was the hot food was a little on the cold side but still very tasty. Highly recommend this hotel

It was a nice property overall but the room was very small for a family of 4...understand its an older hotel. No control over the thermostat as it did get quite warm in the room...I did try using it on the wall, however, nothing was happening. Very friendly staff and yes, we would stay there again.

There was confusion on arrival because they had no record of my booking the room for an extra night. Check in took a while and I'm not sure why they asked for the identity of my partner. There was no tea or coffee making facility in the room but this was rectified the second night on request.

If you need internet for work while at this hotel , forget about it. It is painfully slow. Google mail won’t open unless you refresh 5-10 times. Condition of the hotel - dated. Lots of marble, that probably was looking nice in the 70s. No A/C , so prepare to sleep with the windows open. If you do sleep with your windows open, the building near has big A/C units so you will hear that noise the entire night. Stains on the carpet, musty smell. I don’t know why this property is advertised as 4 stars. Should be 1 or 2.

First time staying at this hotel, located in a quiet area of Westminster but plenty of shops/cafes around the area (although when we were staying a lot were closed), Big Ben, Westminster Abbey are a 10 minute walk away. The hotel itself is a bit old fashioned but very clean and has all the amenities you would want, a great base! Some work was going on during our stay so we were woken up to drilling noises some days and the water wasn’t working for half the day on one of the days either which wasn’t the most ideal. Our room had a lovely balcony which overlooked a football pitch which was nice to relax on after a long day! Will happily return here.

Really not great at all!
We had no hot water, we had to take freezing cold showers. The iron was broken in my room and when I used it it leaked all over my shirt just before we went out. The kettle in our room was also broken, when I boiled it I had to sit with it and hold the button down. Nothing seemed to work and while it didn’t ruin my partners birthday it certainly put a dampener on what was supposed to be a happy relaxed experience. By the end of the trip we almost found it funny that nothing worked in the room as it should. I don’t like to complain but for the price of the room I expected much more than I got.

Comfortable, convenient and friendly
Staff is amazing. We needed extra pillows and within two minutes, there was a knock on our door to fill our request. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. Location is within a short walk of many iconic places. This was a great find, and we plan on staying again on our next visit.
