Sentral beliggenhet og veldig vennlig personale - MEN - Dette er ikke et 5 stjerners hotel og hovedårsaken til det er at rommene er små med gammelt og nedslitt interiør. Vi hadde bestillt Premium rom og spurte i resepsjonen om de hadde gitt oss feil rom Men fikk beskjed om at rommet var et premium rom og at alle rommene så stort sett like ut.Toalettet på badet var også i veldig dårlig funksjon. Veldig skuffet over at dette hotellet markedsføres på Hotels.com som et 5 stjerners hotell og her får man desverre ikke valuta for det man betaler.

Veldig fint hotell som ligger meget sentralt. Kort vei til undergrunn , restauranter og shopping . Veldig hyggelig og serviceminded personalet. Fint rom, god seng og deilig sengetøy. Vi kjøpte frokost , den var veldig bra og en veldig fin start på dagen. Vil benytte oss av dette hotellet igjen

Veldig bra hotell i ❤️ av London -Leicester square
Du vet hva du får på Radisson. Veldig bra dog noe dyrere enn vanlig ( men det gjelde alle hotell i sentrum av London). Stille og rolig selv om det ligger med utgang mot Leicester square. Bra restaurant meny (middag), vi foretrakk å spise frokost andre utmerkede steder pga prisen.

Flott hotell med perfekt beliggenhet i London. Kort gåavstand til så og si alt! Servicen var det absolutt beste med oppholdet, vi fikk til og med oppgradert rom kostnadsfritt. Kommer definitivt tilbake!

Små hotellrom men helt greit. Leicster Square er helt topp for noen timer til overs i London med gåavstand til det meste man skulle ønske å få med seg.

This is a GREAT location and it is an historic hotel. It has a feel of an older British hotel with modern conviences. We attended theater and found some great places to eat. I haven't stayed there in 30 years and I still love it. If you want a new, shiny hotel, it's not for you. A tip. Tell drivers to drop off and pick up at St. Martin's Lane and Orange Street and pull into St. Martin's. The hotel entrance is just a few steps away. Street in front of the hotel is pedestrian only. Also booked an Uber to LHR in advance. Great driver and only 60 GBP with tip. Very good service and price.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby, bar and restaurant areas were modern and inviting. We had the best dinner of the trip in the hotel restaurant. However, the room was old and outdated.

The property was beautiful & well maintained. The staff in every area couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. The only area we would question is the restaurant. The food was excellent but we made the hotel our base & stayed for 2 weeks. We could not eat spicy Mexican and Peruvian tapas for that long.

The property in a very good location but my suite was very bad no outlets working the air conditioner and heat is not working and they send me a portable heater and to charge my phones I need to charge it through the tv USP

Amazing hotel!!! We prepaid Breakfast and it was worth it; great spread to start the day. Location is perfect, walkable to three tube stations. China town was a 5 min walk. I think this hotel is top notch. One thing, Lecister square is blocked from driving; however, it’s literally a 2 min walk from a car drop off to the hotel entrance. All around, Wonderful Hotel
