Friends on christmas trip!
Welcoming, caring and friendly staff, we got upgraded to a premium room from standard. Room was clean and nice, comfortable bed, aircondition was easy to manage and we got a good sleep. Close to everything. Things that pulls it a little bit down was there where building right outside our window that started 8am, wish we would have been informated about that. Room was a little bit old and tired, and the fridge did not work. Difficult to get a cab in the afternoon as the cabs cancelled requests, but that’s not the hotels fault, they did everything they could. All in all a good experince and I would choose this hotel again :)

Masse oppussing i vestibylen. Skittent, trangt og mye bråk der. Bra rom, og godt renhold, men hadde bestilt rom via hotelcom med to enkeltsenger - men det hadde de ikke. Måtte betale for oppgradering slik at rommet ble den standarden jeg opprinnelig mente jeg hadde bestilt. Til den prisen var hotellet en skuffelse.
