Et lite deilig hotell, med skjønne damer som styrte. Rommet var lite,men intimt og rent. Sengen var helt ok for å være engelsk. Frokost ble laget ferskt på bestilling. Å smakte . Avstand fra tuben var kort. Å hotellet lå i en stille og rolig gate. Her kommer vi gjerne igjen.

Clean, Quirky, well located
Lovely quirky accomodation, not quite a hotel in the traditional sense, conveniently located to tube, Earls Court, bus stops to town - 74. Friendly helpful reception. It wasnt 24 hour reception, but that was not an issue, we had whatsapp communication, which was responsive. Room on Warwick rd was well appointed, fan provided at request (Siobhan very helpful). I had seen some reviews about noise etc, but this is a big city, of course there is noise, none of it was from inside the hotel, and it wasnt that bad. Our room, although tight, had minifridge, microwave, drinking water, coffee/tea, I would def stay again. Thank you

Very disappointed!!!! Arrived to find they didn’t have our booking waited 1.5hours for a room in another hotel so missed our table. A right shambles in reception people checking into one get rooms and walking in on people. On our last night we had 2 ladies go into our room they luckily were trustworthy and explained there situation to find there booking was linked to our room as the key cards are on done on the app. I feel this is the worst place I have every stayed and the service was shocking! Paying nearly £300 for 2 nights I was ripped off and all the issues that were along the way.

Rooms were tiny, barely any room to move around. Rooms don’t have air conditioning and are very stuffy. Automated check in and door unlock very confusing. Shower was broken and in need of replacement. Avoid this hotel.

At check in we were told they didn’t have a room for us. They lied that someone tried to contact us, had no contact. Booked through EXPEDIA who were useless. Our room was resold at double the cost to someone else and we were left stranded in london, happened to lots of us on the day of a Hyde park concert. Disgusting customer service. Hotel didn’t have our booking on their system. Hotels.com confirmed the booking over & over. Hotel claimed that as this property was now under new ownership it was no longer their problem. Countless customers at reception complaining about booking issues. Rooms not available. People having to change rooms due to double bookings. One girl had been looked out all night as keypad didn’t work. No one answered the emergency phone number. All in all a disaster and a terrible experience.

My booking was cancelled by the hotel about 2 months before I was due to arrive which was fine. However, Wotif still sent me a link to do a review and have still not provided a refund. It is so beyond ridiculous even though I have emailed over 6 times for my refund to be processed.

I made the original booking in October as I had tickets for British Summer Time in Hyde park. Since then I’ve nothing but issue after issue. 1. Had message in March saying the hotel could not honour my booking (with no reason as to why) I suspect it was down to the fact that they realised with BST and London pride happening the same day, they could infect charge double for my room. After I pointed out it was in fact unlawful to cancel my booking for no reason they then retracted the cancellation. 2. My original booking was pay at the property. In early June (a month before my stay I had a message from the hotel saying they needed payment upfront. When questioned it was because “they don’t have s card machine at the facility” bit odd as even the punk begged in Camden has a card machine! As I didn’t want any more stress I paid early - but after speaking with Expedia they knew nothing about the new arrangement. 3. After paying the room fee (snd receiving a receipt from the company AND a statement from my bank) I received another email to say my room was cancelled as Expedia had not validated my card!!! After speaking to Expedia they - in a much nicer way - said that was complete rubbish and they did not have to validate my card. 5. After more emails they then conceded that I could have the room. I was then told I had to pay £30 to check in before 4pm - as I had to be at the gig by 2pm I had to pay (again getting a receipt) Then on arrival I was told I couldn’t get in early!

Do not stay here!
Checked in after check in time, but no rooms were clean/available. Lobby full of people waiting on rooms. Due to going to concert, was told could drop off luggage in dirty room and it would be clean by time I returned. Beforehand needed to download an app to access door to room. App took forever and had several questions, this should have been sent day of check in so as not to waste time upon arrival. During time downloading app, receptionist spoke with a colleague who stated he didn’t feel like cleaning any rooms when asked by the receptionist. This was in front of a lobby full of people waiting on rooms that hadn’t been cleaned. Before arriving I was sent several emails from hotel, couple would be alright, but this was excessive. The check in email charged £30 just to check in when on hotel.com I was quoted a price in full. No explanation as to the extra £30.

Starting with the good: the location is fantastic. You're 3 minutes walk to the Earl's Court tube station or bus stops, and maybe 5-7 minutes walk to a grocery store. Now the not-so-good: Vonder Hotel (according to the friendly woman at the desk) was sold to another company a few months ago. Since we booked our room back in November 2022, the new owners didn't have a record of us. LUCKILY we arrived on a Monday, and they happened to have a vacant room for us to stay in for the duration of our trip. Vonder Hotel did not inform us about this, and from the sounds of it, the new hotel owners don't even have a list of the reservations (the staff said they get about 3-5 Vonder reservations/week without notice). I highly recommend anyone who booked in late 2022/early 2023 to call this hotel to confirm you have a room before you arrive. Apparently people who arrived on a Friday were turned away because they didn't have vacancy. Beyond that, the room we had was adequate. It was in the basement level of the building, the bed and pillows are incredibly firm, the bathroom is small but functional, and the shower pressure was really good. The walls are paper-thin, so you can hear full on conversations in the halls (earplugs help). Unfortunately, we didn't get any housekeeping the whole time we were there (6 nights), so we did have to request additional toilet paper and take out our garbage to the curb. Fine for a budget hotel, but best if you know what to expect.

Enjoyed our stay! It’s in a great location and they were responsive when messaging prior to our check in. However, there is not 24/7 staff or reception which was only an issue when the fire alarm went off in the building from what we believed was likely another guest smoking inside their suite. Other than that everything was great, check in was secure and easy and it’s in a great location!

The hotel was just bought by another company. The Cafe is currently closed, so no food Doors slam loudly. Rooms are VERY small. no room to walk if you have a suit case open on the floor. Area rugs are VERY dirty. Reception is only open for a short period each day. No one there if you need help with something. Sioban in reception was amazing, but overall would not stay there again.

Arrived to the building and the two receptionists were telling us they already sent us a link to check in which was incorrect. They then retracted their words and then told us they were about to do it 3:30 which was 30 minutes past check in time BUT they then tried to charge us for early check in when it’s said 3pm due to the long check on process wee we’re 45 minutes late to our event. Then the fire alarm went off at 4am which isn’t the hotels fault but, when the fire crew turned up there wasn’t a single employee in the building which is incredibly unsafe. The room was tiny there wasn’t enough room to move around and our bed was constantly squeaking. The shower was okay but, the tap in one of our booked rooms had rust on it and didn’t seem great. Overall will not be staying here again.

The Vonder in Kennsington was a perfect spot for my visit. Near Earl's Court Tube Station and near enough to The Royal Albert Hall where I had purchased tickets for a concert. Tiny room but that is the norm for this type of hotel in this location of town. They accommodated my request for a quiet room location. And I saw a wild fox outside my window one morning.

I booked a room for two people but got a room for one person. The bed was far too small, the two of us couldn't fit in the bed. I slept very poorly during my stay. They never cleaned the room. The cafe had nothing to offer for breakfast. The staff blamed it all on the Christmas holidays, asked them to change my room but they had no other room available.

Room was dirty. Window wouldn't shut properly. Shower wouldn't stop dripping. No maintenance people on-hand to fix. Coffee machine supplied with wrong size capsules.

Me han decepcionado, me cobraron 72 euros de fianza por la entrega de las llaves y una vez devueltas las llaves de las habitaciones no me quieren devolver el dinero. He intentado ponerme en contacto con el Hotel, tanto por telefono como por email para reclamar dicha cantidad y no me contestan a los mensajes.

Dårligt ophold
Vi var på honeymoon og boede på dette hotel i 4 nætter og vi kommer der aldrig igen Værelset var småt meget småt. Der var meget støj fra de omkring liggende værelser og elevatoren da den var lige klods op af værelset. Toilet døren kunne ikke åbnes helt op da den gik på sengekanten så det var meget trangt samtidig med badeværelset måske kun var 3 kvm. Der ligger en jernbane lige op af hotellet som vi var meget generet af, da der kun er 1 lags glas i vinduerne og dermed også gør det koldt at opholde sig der. Rengøringen var kritisabel spindelvæv i alle hjørner. Støv virkelig meget støv på alle overflader. Gulvtæppet var meget plettet og virkelig ulækkert og tænke på hvad det er kommet af. De har kun roomservice hver 3. Dag af ens ophold så der blev ikke gjort ret meget rent under vores ophold. Da vi nåede 3. Dagen og roomservice havde været der, efterlod de kun 1 badehåndklæde og det var alt intet lille håndklæde til og tørrer fingre i eller et ekstra så min hustru kunne komme i bad. Jeg gik derfor i receptionen kl 21 da vi vendte hjem til hotellet og opdagede det og spurgte efter ekstra håndklæder og fik afvide hun ville komme op med dem. Der gik der 2 timer før hun kom. Der hang ingen flugtplan nogen steder på værelset. Der var generelt dårligt vedligehold der manglede skruer i dørhåndtaget til toilettet og afrevne stykker tapet. Knager til overtøj faldt halvt ud af væggen generelt dårligt. Der er et mini køleskab der larmer rigtig meget og kan høres i sengen

Esta súper bien de localización pero en las habitaciones de la planta de abajo tiembla cada vez que pasa el metro. Además en las cortinas había bichitos muertos. Para nosotros no fue un impedimento y seguramente repetiríamos en una habitación en otra planta.

Séjour de 4 nuits passés avec Vonder Hôtel. Le principe est amusant d’avoir l’accueil a un endroit et l’es hébergement à 2 autres endroits. Les équipements présents suffisent amplement pour un séjour où on ne passe pas énormément de temps dans le logement, l’accueil a été très bien (chambre prête avant l’heure d’enregistrement standard), personnel présent toute la nuit, wifi gratuit, salle de sport, buanderie, et l’hôtel est très bien placé à 5mn d’une station de métro.

Fint værelse, men rengøringen var ikke helt i top. Vi havde hellere ikke alle de ting på badeværelset, som der stod i annoncen. Men personalet var søde og det var OK til prisen.
