Godt hotell i interessant område
Veldig bra hotell med god beliggenhet. Hyggelig betjening og god service. Fine rom, rent og pent. Det eneste som trakk ned var takterassen. Dvs, det var jo en fantastisk utsikt. Dette var også en av grunnene til at vi valgte hotellet. Vi håpet å kunne sitte der og nyte utsikten på kvelden og ha en koselig prat. Men høy musikk og høy partyfaktor for folk i 20-årene gjorde det umulig for oss å være der. Det er lenge siden vi var i den alderen, så neste gang får vi heller velge et annet hotell. Bortsett fra dette, var alt helt fint.

Given the amazing view, our roof terrace is extremely popular, especially when the sun is shining and we're sorry that due to the number of guests present you were not able to enjoy yourselves as you had hoped.

Thae room was not cleaned for three nights we had to go down to front desk ad complain. THey did fially come and clea room at 4:30 in the evening. They did not romove dirty coffe cUps or water glass.

Everything was fine about my run and my stay at the Novotel Canary Wharf. The room was very clean, very sizable. On occasion, the elevators could be quite a wait, but that’s not too surprising for a high-rise hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay at the Novotel Canary Wharf. This started from the welcome we got at reception when we arrived. The staff make this hotel. The views from the bar and restaurant are amazing. Dining here although expensive was excellent. They catered for the London Marathon runners perfectly, pre race pasta, earlier breakfast and other little motivational tips around the hotel. My only slight negative is the hot buffet breakfast wasn’t particularly hot. We loved our stay, we love the location and will definitely stay again.

It was a wonderful stay. Me and my partner have stayed a few times now but we are more of a last minute type of couple and we wish it wasn’t as expensive but worth it. Pool is incredible as well as the gym. Roof terrace lovely for late or early views and drinks. Staff were very accommodating and nice, when we stayed we were give a free upgraded room and two free drinks. Will return soon!

The 38th floor bar and restaurant has magnificent views - a lovely place to relax with friends. And the pool and saunarium are a nice bonus. However, on the negative side, the service on the TV in my room did not work properly during my entire stay, and also the mattress on the bed is thin.

This hotel is one of the best I’ve stayed at in London. Quiet with a boutique feel, the rooftop bar on the 38th floor has amazing views of the London skyline. We had a room on the 10th floor and requested a bathtub. The room had a sofa, fridge and very comfortable beds. I slept incredibly well and never heard anything from other guests. There’s also a Tesco at the bottom of the street for buying essentials. We also had lots of day trips to London and by using our bank card to sign in on the machines managed to reach London within a few minutes and was only charged £8.10 for a whole day on public transport (remember to use the same card to tap in and out each time). The Canary Wharf station was walking distance and we always felt safe. Would highly recommend and I will most definitely be returning.

Room was clean & good size . Bed was comfy. Fridge in the room had a note saying complimentary water , which there was no water in it or in the room?

In the rooms there is nothing to watch other than tv. No Netflix or YouTube which made the stay very boring.

There was no WiFi connection since early from the morning. I didn’t have no plans for the day since it was raining outside. So I decided to stay in and it made it extra hard with no WiFi connection and bad service which therefore made it not enjoyable
