Ren svindel. Ikke anbefalt.
Dette var ren svindel. Det var ekkelt å bo på dette hotellet. Jeg leide et annet hotel i nærheten. De som jobber der, de vet jeg sov ikke der, jeg ga drm nøkkelen på kvelden og hentet nøkkelen dager etter. Badet var helt forferdelig. Forferdelig seng. Styr unna dette hotellet. Jeg var villig å betale mer for et bedre rom, de ville ikke hjelpe meg. Jeg er forbanna sint. Dette er en stjerne hotell.

Jeg syns personalet var hyggelig. Var kort vei til undergrunn. Og hotellet i seg selv var ikke gale. Om jeg ikke finner noe annet hotell neste gang, så er dette et helt greit sted å være. Men er ikke et første valg for min del. Grunner til at det ikke er første valg: Heisen var kjempe liten. Hotellrommet var greit, men litt vanskelig å finne fram til første gangen. Renholdet er det som irriterte meg mest. Etter første dag, så glemte de å gi oss nye håndklær. Tok de brukte, men var ikke lagt igjen nye. De tok ikke med seg tom boksene med cola. Dag 2 med renhold, så tok de ikke bosset i det hele tatt. Og da hadde vi også takk tom boksene i pose forsiden av bosset. Dette er kanskje små ting, men er nok til at jeg kommer til å se etter et annet sted neste gang. Men som sagt kunne fint ha bodd her igjen dersom jeg ikke finner et annet sted.

Fin beliggenhet og OK hotell til en bra pris
Pent hotell. Badet er pent, men veldig smalt å sitte på toalettet. Også litt upraktisk dersom man har problemer med å komme seg ut av et badekar. Hadde dobbelt rom mot t-banen og det var litt støy fra den. Litt harde senger dersom man er litt kresen. I forhold til prisen man betaler var det helt OK.

Very good
We stayed at this Hotel for 5 days and we liked it a lot. The location is perfect. Just a 3-5min walk to different restaurants, tube, grocery stores etc.. the only thing we didn't like was that the staff didn't really seem too friendly.. they never said " hi " or " good morning" whenever we were hanging out at the lounge or in general. Also we ran out of toiletpaper and we were told to wait til the next day, because the person working in the reception didn't know where he could Get one.....? All in all, it was very neat and we would definitely come back again. Just remember to smile more ;)

Leiligheten ligger i et anneks like rundt hjørnet for hotellet. Store rom som virket ganske nyoppusset. Noe trafikkstøy.

Veldig grei beliggenhet, bare et par hundre meter fra undergrunnen på Earl's Court. Både Circle, District og Picadilly Line går her. Mange puber og enkle spisesteder i nærheten. Trivelig område å rusle i. Trangt rom, men det var som forventet i den prisklassen. Senga var ikke så bra og ga meg kink i nakken. Eldre, men rent bad. Veldig bra daglig renhold, men jeg skulle ønske at vi hadde muligheten til å bruke håndklærne om igjen av miljøhensyn, og jeg vil av samme grunn foreslå såpedispenser på veggen ved vask og i dusj i stedet for såpestykke og småflasker med sjampo og balsam. Enkel frokost med veldig god kaffe og hyggelig betjening.

Ikke et hotell for en familie på 4
Litt overrasket over dette er et hotell med 4 stjerner. Siden vi var 4 personer ble vi plassert i et av de større rommene. Det befant seg i kjelleren, med vinduer som ikke slapp inn dagslys og ikke kunne åpnes. Sengene var knapt 120 cm brede, slik at 2 voksne må bytte på å ligge på ryggen. Gulvene knirket såpass mye at man våknet når en gikk på do. Frokosten ble også servert i kjelleren, som var umulig ikke å bli vekt av. De kunne gi oss et annet rom høyere opp, men der var det såvidt plass til å åpne en koffert, og badet var 3 ganger så lite. Hvis vi ikke hadde forhåndsbetalt hotellet ville vi booket noe annet med det samme.

Ok hotell, svarte til forventningene
Rent sted med hyggelige ansatte. Har lest noen steder at rommene er små, det er de ikke. De er derimot overmøblerte. Badene derimot er trange og er ikke egnet for folk som trenger ulike hjelpemidler. Helt ok frokost, men litt kjedelig når vi kom til dag tre. Knøttliten heis! Plass til fire personer, eller to personer med bagasje.

A bad experience.
A bad hotel which was very tiny. The pictures on the website does not tell the trues. The international breakfast has hardly any variety. To get scrambled eggs and bacon you need to pay an extra 10 pound! The staff was very little helpful. The noise from the Ears Court station kept us awake all night.

Grei planløsning på leiligheten.
Hotellet var enkelt å finne frem til etter en liten samtale på TripAdvisor, da Expedia hadde mangel på info for alternativ reise fra flyplasen til hotellet med publik transport. Hotellpersonale møte oss med blide fjes, men pga dårlig forklaring hvor vi måtte gå for å finne vårt bygg og leilighet, mistet de litt poeng for informasjon. Vi kom til den første svarte døren markert 30, men det visste seg at det var feil, vi måtte gå ned til en ANNEN gate, for så vidre ned 5m ca. Tot. 5-8min unna resepsjonen. Dette var vi ikke informert om da vi bestilte. Selve leiligheten var i 1etj., til tross for at fasiliteten viste tegn for gamelt, var det rent og hyggelig. Personlig likte jeg planløsningen ved tanken hvor stort det hele var. Eneste mangel var vel en safe hvor vi kunne legg igjen pass og lign i. Det negative opplevelsen var dårlig lyd isolasjon, så hver tidlig morgen hørte vi de ovenpå gå med mur tøffler rett over soverommet vårt og ommøblerte rommet. Annet var vel at det ikke var noe ventilasjon system på badet, så etter en varm dusj, må vi være forsiktig når vi går ut, så dampen ikke satte i gang brannalarmen som sto rett utenfor badet. Det skjedde uheldigvis på natten etter en rask dusj. Ellers alt i alt, grei leilighet, pent og ryddig.

Flott leielighet
Leiligheten var ny oppusset, og den var romslig. Sengen var stor og god. Rommene ble stelt hver dag. Frokosten var på hotellet, enkel, men mulig for å bestille varm mat. Et lite minus at det var uten heis, og det er 3 etasjer. Vil absolutt anbefale dette hotellet.

Do NOT stay here
This should NOT be listed as a hotel. Please don’t spoil your trip. It is traumatic in every way. I checked in, 5 minutes of trauma and checked out. If you over sleep this slum could be a cure… but you may need a good therapist. Just around the corner are some well known hotels, cheaper and you know what you are getting. I have never left a bad review of a hotel. Looking at previous reviews… the lift still is out of order, don’t drink the water! still a dosshouse etc.

Used to love staying…but hotel about to be renovated. No Wifi. No milk in room for coffee. No light bulbs in bedside table lamps. Waited over ten mins for warm shower water…Construction noise from 9.00am one day. For the last ten years I’ve been staying at the wonderful Mayflower when arriving from Canada to uk (twice a year). For my next trip I will have to consider other hotels.

It is a dosshouse not a hotel. You sold that to me as a hotel with breakfast but they told they had not breakfast for two years and you owe me ten breakfast, something between 100 to 150 Dollars .

Clean, near to the earls court station and near to holland park and hyde park, reception was fast and friendly. Area has really nice pubs and you feel safe. Only one point is that the aisles and stairs are really small. But that also typical london.

There was no potable water so I had to rely on my own water from outside the hotel. My bed was super uncomfortable and sunken in, my shower didn't have a door. there's no air conditioning but they give you this small portable fan. The walls are super thin and can hear everyone coming in or out. Not in a bad location, right next to the Underground. Would not recommend this place for more than 2 nights

The Mayflower room we chose and paid for was on the hotel's fifth floor. When we arrived, we were told the hotel was under construction and, therefore, the elevator was not in service, so we would have to use the stairs to climb and haul our luggage up five floors. We are both close to 80 years old, so that was not acceptable. They had a sign on their desk that said, due to construction, we should not drink the water. We stayed the first night very uncomfortably and left the next morning to find a hotel. We were therefore requesting a full refund since what we paid for was not available. This hotel should not have been open during renovation. I should not have offered what was not available. It is probably a find a hotel when it is fully functional.

Nur der unverschämte Preis ist 3 Stern !
Sehr gute Lage, Nähe U-Bahn Earl's Court an einer sehr schönen Strasse. Für £ 284 (CHF 340.-) pro Tag ohne Frühstück, Lift ausser Betrieb, Tel.geht nicht, keine Air Condition, keinen Kühlschrank, Wasser im Lavabeau läuft nicht ab, keine Nachttische, keine Zahngläser, man sagt uns es gebe keine Gläser im Hotel man offeriert uns eine Flasche!! keine face towels, Save unbrauchbar etc. So etwas haben wir in einem Hotel noch nie erlebt zu einem solchen unverschämten Preis! Den Balkon ,die 2 Stühle und den Tisch haben wir selbst gereinigt ca. 3mm Dreck auf dem Tisch!

I would never recommend this place. One, it shouldn't be buried in text that there are no elevators (it's the last think on their need to know list, so of course I missed it). And there are elevators, they're just "under renovation" and have been since at least May. They wouldn't change us to a lower floor (we were given a room on the fourth floor). They don't offer to help you with your bags. Oh and fun fact, the stairs (even in a single flight of stairs) are all different heights, so when I was lugging all my stuff up the first time, I didn't expect the top stair to suddenly be two inches higher and tripped and fell with all my stuff. The water for some reason in this one place wasn't potable. They said they put water bottles in our room- they didn't. So of course had to go back down and up again for that. The shower couldn't pick a temperature to stay at, so it was switching between warm hot cold now matter how I changed the dial. And the toilet sometimes took 3 or 4 flushes to actually flush. After being in the UK for three weeks, this was the last place I stayed and it was by far the worst and not a great note to end on.

Won’t be staying there again
Lift didn’t work, was not able to drink the tap water for some reason and they clearly have a rodent problem as you could hear them scurrying around in the ceiling space all night. Great location but this place needs a huge overhaul. I wish I could get a refund… the family were terrified of the place.
