Considering the price og course it was a nice hotell. Very helpfull staff, ok breakfest , clean. Went with a friend to watch a fotball match and its close to Wembley.

Praktisk i forbindelse med fotballkamp på Wembley
Litt shabby rom som burde ha blitt vasket bedre. Dårlig trykk i dusjen. Men fungerte helt greit til en natts overnatting i forbindelse med kamp på Wembley, som bare ligger en kjapp gåtur unna.

Stay away!
da vi ankom hotellet var resepsjonen stengt, dvs. det er ikke døgnåpen resepsjon. Vi måtte finne oss et annet hotell for den første natta. Vi hadde bestilt for 2 netter, men da vi ankom stedet dagen etter fikk vi beskjed om at de kun hadde fått beskjed fra hotels.com om at vi skulle være der en natt. Vi overnattet derfor den siste natta på hotellet. Dårlig seng. Nesten umulig å komme inn på badet, da senga stengte for døra. Etter på ha flytta på senga kom vi inn.

Mediocre hotel near wembley and underground
Shabby hotel, bathroom was dirty and old, but the bed was big and comfortable and the rest of the room ok. Very multicultural neighbourhood with cheap stores, very close to underground with direct line to piccadilly, but its a 30 min ride. Stayed with girlfriend and friends, ok for a last minute deal, but we will probably not use it again. Recommend euro hotel wembley 200 m away for a slightly cleaner hotel.

Very poor
Terrible unfriendly check in staff that had no knowledge at all of the booking and turned us away even though we had proof of the booking, they then tried to charge us again and didn’t have the room that we had booked either. Then they tried to take my ID and not return it. Very strange place and definitely wouldn’t recommend or return.

Reception good room fair. Bathroom terrible. Window no catch wide open no plug in sink no handle on toilet seat did not fit no support for shower cupboard did not open no light for shaving No TV No connection to WiFi. And ground floor swarm of large flies otherwise bedroom clean

Firstly, I know a lot of people have complained on here at the noise from the train station. Its true, you can hear trains going past, loudly, and constantly from your room however, this wasn't an issue for me as I chose this place for its closeness to Webmley Central Station. If you choose a hotel right next to the station, there's really no reason for you to be complaining about train noises- but beware, it IS loud, and it IS constant. You have the Bakerloo and Overgeound lines operating from WCS as well, so we are talking trains from first thing in the morning until maybe gone midnight, later maybe (bakerloo is on the night tube line and begins overground at WCS). Okay, on to my stay. Check in was a breeze. The woman at reception was lovely, polite and friendly. She was, however, to my eyes, the only member of staff on site. We got our room on the second floor and as soon as we walked in we were greeted with a strong smoke smell. It was clear the guest before had been smoking. Informed the receptionist, as didn't want to be slapped with the £60 smoking fine. Fast forward to night time- the bathroom light didn't work, nightmare. Worse, the building next door to us had upward facing floor spotlights. They shined STRAIGHT in to our window, and our curtains did absolutely nothing to block it out. Its safe to say that we got pretty much no sleep what with the light and noise combined, and just ended up stressed and overly tired for our long return trip home.

I know that's a noisy room but not all of them are the same and that's why I am sorry you didn't ask me to change you the room . Broken shower, squeaking bed, no fan in the room. Right next to Wembley Railway station. Very noisy due to trains passing all night. Next morning they said had fixed the shower but it wasn't fixed. They changed my room next day but it again had a broken shower holder. A must stay away Hotels.com shouldn't have them listed on the their website

Ok for a night lovely staff
Was o.k for a night room very small only 1 plug socket bed wasn't great walls in bathroom had brown marks and shower needs renewal as does decor. Stayed s it was quite cheap and is a 3_4 min walk from.Wembley Central station with v good bus access and also lots of quick take away places to grab a quick bite and supermarket nearby

Cheap but very poor quality/price relation
Lots of noises, you can hear the speakers of the station from your room, only very hot water in the shower, people in the stairs in high volumen at 12:30 AM, no WiFi in the room (just in the ground floor), bathroom furniture not fixed so you can not open it... definetly the most uncomfortable place I have ever paid for.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, curtains hanging off the rail, a window that couldn’t be closed because “it may fall out” and taps that didn’t work properly. Extremely overpriced due to a concert in Wembley - complete rip off.

The lady behind reception was the saving grace of the hotel. Everything else was appalling. The breakfast was so bad that we couldn’t eat the second day even though we had paid for it. It was in really poor repair. Several other people walked out and other guests couldn’t eat breakfast. The shower was boiling hot and there was no way of turning it down. No plug in the sink meant we did not wash properly. Bare wires in the ceiling rose, I could go on and on but I would like to say the receptionist was great and I wish her every luck for her future.

The property was awful the exterier facade was the best bit . The en-suite facilities all need a refurb dirty grouting cracked sinks showers hanging off the wall with no visible way to attach and no hot water to have a shower. I would be astounded if the electrics were checked bare wires loose sockets some of which do not work surely this presents a fire hazard !!!. The heating was on full blast due to the boiler being stuck on and no way to turn it down as the staff were not allowed in the "back room" We tried 3 rooms before we found one with the radiator off and as it was a hot day that was acceptable . In all 3 rooms the curtains were hanging off the rails and no television or bedside table in the last bedroom. The labarynth of passages upstairs seemed to go on forever without and fire doors fitted to any of the rooms. I would be suprised if this "Hotel" has been checked by either the Fire officer or Local council because in my mind this is an accident waiting to happen !!. I am am also suprised that you have this property on your books Susan

Bathroom sink was blocked told them and when I returned it was clear only to find when I run the tap it was still blocked. Mattress was old and sagged. There was a bar but didn’t open until 9pm

This hotel was close to shops and to wembley arena - great area however I guess you get what you pay for. Not the greatest room; the toilet handle was a screw, every time someone else flushed our shower would drip water, the door could not be locked from inside, breakfast bread for sandwiches was stale bread, there was not enough breakfast tables however luckily someone left soon after we came down. Overall if you just need somewhere to sleep close to the arena and aren't fussed about quality then this hotel is ideal and on the cheaper side.

Sämsta hotellet någonsin
Detta var det snuskigaste hotellet jag någonsin har bott på. Det växte svamp på väggarna, luktar mögel i hela hotellet, duschblandaren fungerade inte då det endast kom iskallt eller skållhet vatten. Rummet var ohygieniskt och dåligt städat med dammråttor och väggfärg på golv och gardiner, hittade även hår i sängen, dålig ventilation, dålig frukost som bestod av endast ett par torra brödskivor och lite pålägg som serverades först kl 8.00. Detta var det sämsta hotellet jag någonsin har besökt och det var inte heller billigt, det kostade 77 GBP/natt.

No where nearly worth the £154 I paid
When we arrived the room was dated old fashioned the shower was not working we did get moved to a better rim still dated but shower worked but with handle loose on bathroom door amit was shabby.
