Twin rom med eget bad i paddington
Rommet var ok, men var overrasket at baderom/toilet har mye plass i dusjen. Det var rent og romslig på bade/toilet. Minus e at rommet vårt var plassert i 4 eller 5 etasje og ingen heist så hvis du e tungt koffert, det blir en treningstid til deg. Overalt, jeg var glad med overnattingsteder, siden den var nær togstasjon, tube, restauranter/kafeer: Husk at du skal bli bedt om å betale 100 pund i depositum som kan betales kontant/kort som skal bli tilbake betalt da ein sjekker ut fra hotellet.

Honestly the staff, cleanliness, location and price more than makes up for the quality of the bed. They’re not the most comfortable. But despite that we had a lovely stay!

Sentralt og rimelig med god service.
Vi hadde et bra opphold. Meget god service fra hotellets personale. Litt trafikkstøy på,bratt trapp opp til rommet ift shopping i London og ganske varmt på rommet. Ligger sentralt til, kort vei til både Paddington og Hyde park. Vi kunne gå til det meste vi ville se. Flere steder rett bak hotellet for å spise frokost. Greit hotell ift pris

Oppholdet på hotellet var bra. Rom og bad var rent og pent. Det var vifte på rommet og vindu en kunne åpne,og det passet bra på de varme kveldene. De ansatte i resepsjonen var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Jeg hadde rom i 5.etasje,og det er ingen heis på hotellet. Hvis du har problemer i trapper,bør du be om å få rom i en lavere etasje når du bestiller. Hotellet ligger sentalt til det meste. Tar under 5 minutter å gå fra Paddington station.

Hotellet ligger godt plassert i området rundt Paddigton, så det er enkelt å ta seg rundt i London fra dette utgangspunktet. Alle tre rommene var plassert i hotellets kjeller, med dårlig ventilasjon, senger som føltes som skulle dette i fra hverandre og så små bad at man kunne sitte på do, pusse tennene og dusje på samme tid. Ved et par anledninger oppdaget vi at rommene ikke var låst etter renhold.

Servicen var spesiell, en står å glaner, mens den andre kom med info. Glaningen gjorde det ubehagelig. Ufattelig dårlig nett på hotellet, dette bidro til en rotete opplevelse av diverse betalinger. Da alt går over nettet. Ikke mulig å bruke egen mobil/data på deres nett grunnet dette. Renhold kunne absolutt vært bedre, vasking av rom var OK, men tydelig dårlig vaskemaskin/trommel da det lå hårrester av andre enn meg der. Dette var ubehagelig.

Veldig fint hotell, men rommene vi fikki kjelleren var veldig trang, og sengene var ikke gode å sove i. Vi var 2 par som reiste sammen, begge rommene hadde samme utfordring. Men god service, rene hånkler hver dag, og rene rom.

Fint hotell for familier
Helt ok hotell, som har fin beliggenhet. Det er et rolig område og man har alt man trenger i nærheten. Litt stusselig med papirposer med frukt og vann i stedenfor frokost i resturanten. Men det er vel en konsekvens av Corona. De ansatte yter god service og vi kan trygt anbefale hotellet videre.

Meget sentralt hotell med kort vei til Paddington stasjon. Du får hva du betaler for her, pluss for døgnåpen resepsjon og minus for null trykk i dusj og mugg i taket. Alt i alt fornøyd med tanke på hva vi betalte!

Helt greit lite hotel. Ligger veldig sentralt. Kort vei til cafeer og puber, samt Paddington og subway. Dusjen grei. Litt vanskelig å justere. Dårlig trykk. Man står ikke lenge i dusjen. Helt greit hotel for prisen.

Misfornøyd og skuffet gjest.
Slitent hotell med en liten frokostsal i kjelleren. Rengjøringen var så som så. Fikk ett rom i 4 etg uten heis. Måtte flytte ut av rommet dagen etter da noe måtte "fikses". Måtte ut av rommet 11.00. Fikk checke inn på nytt rom 14.00.rommet var uten toalett men ett dusjkabinett i ene hjørnet. Lå der en natt før jeg fikk flytte tilbake til det gamle rommet. Betjeningen virket ikke fornøyd med at jeg ville ha det jeg betalte for. Aldri mere dette hotellet. Var ikke verdt det jeg betalte for. Brukte til og med en bonus natt på dette.

Sentralt hotell. Det sto at det var oppusset i 2016, men det bar ikke preg av det. Gammelt og slitt. Ingen heis. Hadde rom i øverste etasje, så det ble mange bratte trange trapper å gå. Senga var full av dyr. Fikk tildelt 3 rom på under 1 døgn. Prøvde å bytte hotell, men ledige rom var ikke å oppdrive...

Perfect for a short stay near Paddington with a late arrival. Bathroom was refreshed - but no one seemed to think of small things like a towel hook or a place to put soap in the shower. FYI - they charge 10 pounds per bag for luggage storage after 1PM. We found a nearby spot that only charge 7 pounds each.

83 steps to the room with no elevator, thankful we only had a backpack. Room was paid for but required a £100 deposit (more than the stay cost) incase of damage. Room had marks and dents out of the wall so unsure where that deposit goes. Bathroom tiny, sink covered more than half of the entry to the shower. Attic room not as pictured on site. Room was clean but dated. Good for one night as a place to sleep only.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional, super friendly and very helpful. The hotel is in a nice area. Close to restaurants and the metro station. The rooms were clean. They were a little tight for 3 people but it was perfect for what we needed.

The hotel's location was good - super close to Paddington Station, which made getting around London easy. The staff were friendly enough, nothing amazing. The hotel itself was quiet, which was a big plus for getting a good night's sleep in a busy city. However, the rooms felt a bit dated and could use some updating. While everything was functional, a refresh would definitely elevate the overall experience. The most frustrating part of my stay, though, was the £100 deposit they take from your account upon check-in. While this is a common practice in some hotels, what wasn't ideal was the wait to get it back. Two days later, I'm still waiting for the funds to return to my account. Overall, this hotel is a decent option for those prioritising location, lower cost and quiet nights. However, if modern amenities and a better deposit process are important to you, you might want to consider elsewhere.

Ottima posizione, nelle vicinanze ha due stazioni metropolitane, per il resto camera e bagno molto piccoli. Chiedono deposito di 100 sterline (a quale scopo non saprei visto che non c è nemmeno il frigo bar in camera) e deposito bagagli fino alle h 14 poi è pagamento. I bagagli vengono lasciati nella hall, pagare mi sembra assurdo!

The service was excellent at this hotel. My room was on the third floor, the stairs to the first and second floors were not steep, the ones to the third floor of normal height. My room was clean and the bed comfortable. This hotel is extremely convenient for Paddington Station. My only criticism was that the carpet was coming up at the edges of the room. I would stay here again.

The hotel was in a great location and the staff were amazing. They couldn’t do enough for you Our room was on the top floor. Lots of stairs no lift. Room was clean tidy and suitable for what we wanted. The toilet system water ran all night but other than that I couldn’t fault it. Would I stay again. Maybe?? The only thing on arrival I was told £100 deposit had to be paid but as I didn’t read the terms and conditions properly I paid it but it was returned at the end of my stay. Overall a pleasant stay.

This is a budget hotel and it does what it says on the tin, with a little extra! Once I had climbed the stairs ( navigating a disorientating carpet!) I found my room to be smart, clean and welcoming. 3 plug sockets - enough to charge everything, clean and well stocked bathroom with modern shower. Also a well stocked refreshments tray with all the normal tea, coffee etc .could have done with a larger cup or a mug rather than the tiny cup with no saucer! The room was very warm but it was also easy to open the window and being so high up noise wasn’t really a concern. I had read prior to booking that ‘the stairs’ are an issue being reasonably fit I didn’t consider it much of a problem. For the price it’s probably a small thing. I had a heavy backpack and was on the 4th floor which is actually several more steep staircases than that! Given the price it wasn’t the biggest problem but if I’d had a suitcase it might have been and certainly if you have hip or joint problems you may want to request a room on lower floors! A safe, convenient budget hotel for an overnight stay only 4 mins walk from Paddington station and all the tube connections. Also nice little park across the road for a quiet moment!
