It was unique in the way staff bossed us around at a rather confusing time during a fire alarm.
With barely a muttered apology, we were herded around with barked orders at 12:15am and kept out of the hotel for an hour, as someone who paid for their room, i asked if any compensation would be offered for the terrible night and lack of sleep and was told no, at this point an apology was offered but it was 11 hours after the event.
Whilst i understand an alarm must be handled, it should be in an organised way, impacting your guests as little as possible while putting them at ease.
I will not be reccomending this hotel or any others in the group to anyone i know friends or business associates and will go as far to tell them exactly how we found the service to be lacking and serverly not guest focused
