Bestilte 1 natt på dette hotellet, pga god pris. Men hadde gledelig betalt mye mer for et annet hotell. Beliggenhet var ekstremt skuffende, da man både måtte ta tog en lang vei + undergrunnsbane for å komme til sentrum. Frokosten hadde dårlig utvalg sammenliknet med et annet Ibis hotell vi har bodd på tidligere i London, og sengene var meget harde. Var heller ikke veldig god service i resepsjonen. Lite behjelpelig.

Very Satisfied!
I was very satisfied with this Hotel! Really good location, shops and bus stops were one block away and the train was literally around the corner, so you can get to Central London easily. The service kept the place tidy every 2nd day or so, so i was pleasantly surprised whenever i came back to a tidy room. The price is reasonable for the services provided. They have Smart TVs with Netflix but i brought my own HDMI and connected it to the TV instead. Toilet necessities like shampoo, conditioner towels, and toilet paper were included. The absolutely only thing i wish was better was the internet speed which was 2.5 - 3 Mbps download speed.

Nice and new
It was nice. The Hotel is newly opened. Good breakfast, good location (close to Sutton statio), and the only thing I missed was a fridge or minibar (cooler) in the room. I recommend it and might come back some day.

Visiting family
Nice to have a new hotel option in Sutton. Grew up in the area and was back visiting family for a week. Hotel is conveniently located and the only downside is lack of easy parking although that wasn’t an issue for me because I used public transport or walked everywhere I needed to go. Rooms are clean, quiet and have all the amenities I needed.

Hotel was easy to get to. Room was clean, Comfortable and nice and warm. Only downside was no mini fridge and parking was disappointing as the allocated slots was u available due to building works and no advance was given.

One of the best services, everyone's at this hotel was just amazing. It was a wonderful experience staying there. I'll definitely stay there again and again. Easy public transportation, walking distance from point A to points B,C etc.. From the front desk staff to the lovely ladies in the hotel restaurant. Especially Ms. Azizah in the restaurant, she's lovely with a personality of a angle 😍 All the ladies at the hotel was just outstanding. The room was lovely and very comfortable and spacious, very clean. Thank you staff members at Ibis hotel London Sutton England. Looking forward to staying there again.

Everything was superb. Clean, polite staff, close to the station. One demerit is the mattress, fine for the first day. For some reason I couldn't sleep on the second day because the bed was too hard. Thankfully I had twin beds, so I took the extra mattress layer and put on the other one. Then i could sleep. I would still give a 5 star. Cos every other thing was excellent

Good clean place. Room clean and good condition. Didn’t like the low buzz from AC. Tried to turn off. Also didn’t like the scratchy sheets. Slightly bobbled. Breakfast hot, and lots of it. Help yourself to the food and beverages. Restaurant clean, tidy and quiet. I hate noisy, busy places.
