Moderne, komfortabel og ren....
Romslig, moderne og komfortabelt rom med flott utsikt. Baderommet var helt topp. Dersom du ikke vil bo midt i hektiske London er dette hotellet et meget godt valg. Det er kort spasertur til Big ben og du vil ha utsikt over Themsen. Vi var strålende fornøyde.

Nydelig hotell
Hadde en fantastisk opplevelse ved dette hotellet! Frokosten var helt super, med fersk servering vær dag. Rommet var alltid fylt opp ved rengjøring, eneste som mangler var en dobørste. Ellers var servise tipp topp, og anbefaler et rom med utsikt mot thamsen! Nydelig!

Recommend hotel. Nice location. They withdraw 50 pounds from my VISAcard for "security", this was given back to my account, but I lost 4 pounds due to different rate. I stayed 1 night only. Very "good" business for the hotel!

Rooms a bit too small to accommodate more than one suitcase in the room. While it is typical to face that challenge in Europe, when booking I did not feel the room would be that small. Also no view whatsoever from our room. Lastly, the restaurant/bar POTUS was not impressive a lot. The neighborhood lacks restaurants and breakfast options, but is centralized for the main touristic attractions.

This is a great hotel in a wonderful location. Everything was perfect except for the entrance. In front of the luxurious hotel is a bunch of trash, cigarette butts, no seating area outside waiting for uber. That's one thing I would improve.

Excellent location and very walkable with so many attractions around. I felt safe during my stay at al times. The staff was very cordial and helpful. Both restaurants were good with very nice options for foods.

Where do I begin????!!!! Beautiful hotel stay and two of the most amazing staff members/hosts I’ve ever encountered! Taher and Michelle went above and beyond for my wife and I. We travel often and this has been so memorable. The kindness and hospitality from the two of them ranks higher than 5 stars. Many stoic faces in our visit but they fade in comparison to what these two individuals have done. We will be back and I would highly recommend you stop here on your travels. This area is close to many sites and the welcoming of these two made it all the better. Many thanks again!

Nothing special about the rooms, or stay in general, however would point out that the hotel doesn't allow food deliveries. I needed to eat in the hotel room due to work, and so ordered room service. Not only was this very expensive (£55 for a starter and main), it also tasted like it had been thrown in a microwave from frozen. If you're not going to allow deliveries, make the menu bigger and more economical.
