Very plesant stay
Very satisfied with our 4 night stay! The staff were absolutely fantastic. Tasteful meals and excellent 24/7 food service. Rooms were clean and had effective AC.

Famile med 4 på langweekend
Fint hotell når man vil bo syd for London. Direkte bussforbindelse med Heatrow, bra togforbindelse til London by (40 minutter direktetog). Knall beliggenhet i forhold til Sutton "by", med gågate og senter inneholdende alle de store kjedeforretninger. Bra standard ifht pris. OK frokost (med litt brist når det gjelder logistikk). Bra basseng med dampbad og sauna.

Perfekt.
Nydelig Hotel. Bra atmosfære. Fine rom. Greit basseng. God frokost. Eneste minus var togturen på ca 25 minutter til London sentrum. Men det visste vi jo på forhånd. Vi storkoste oss.

Servicen var så og si upåklagelig, men du kunne se at det ikke ble rengjort der nok... var møkkete i dusjene nede i bassengområdet.. og i vinduskarmen i resturangen. Men utover dette hadde vi en kjempefin tur, og vi koste oss masse der!! :D :D

This hotel was okay. Not up to the standards I expect from the Holiday Inn. The carpet in my room and the walkways definitely need to be replaced. The tile in the bathroom was sloppily patched. I didn’t request room cleaning because the room cleaner took the garbage and changed out the towels. However I wanted the bedding changed. I had gotten blood on the sheets and pillowcases from an injury. The bed was made but not changed. I figured if this is normal cleaning I can do it myself. I didn’t request service again. The dining area had a wonderful buffet breakfast and the dinners were delicious. I had the same waitress each time and she was very accommodating. I don’t remember her name but she was serving every evening I ate there. Other than these few items my stay was just fine. If you want luxury then find another hotel.

Hotel was really good. No faults with room or service. The only thing i would say is parking. When i booked it said free parking, however on arrival it is no longer free! You are charge £12 a day. Just for others to be aware of. Apart from that it was a lovely stay.

Early check-in was possible. AC in the first room didn't work. Tried straight away to fix it. When it wasn't possible got amother room without hesitation. Very friendly staff all around

Just stayed one night for a 70th birthday party nearby , very conveniently situated for us. Found the hotel clean and tidy, and the staff were polite and helpful

At checkin my family and I were greeted by a polite wonderful gentleman who gave the kids some arts and crafts presents which kids really liked. He answered all questions we had and was very helpful especially in organising the cot bed for my 3y.o. daughter which was free of charge. The room was reasonably clean, we had clean towels, soap,shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper available. Bed sheets clean straight and white (no stains and smelled fresh), we had tea and coffee available in room but we didn’t use it, we had iron,iron board, hair dryer available which we didn’t hope we would. There was some road noise audible at night when sleeping and the room was kinda cold during night as I couldn’t get the aircon to work and warmup the room. Swimming pool was available until 21:00 (last entry 20:30) and the shopping street restaurants were within walk distance as well as the rail station. Breakfast buffet was free for kids and for 2 adults they charged £20, so very good value for money, food fresh, tasty and plenty to choose from, plenty of refreshments and fruits to choose from as well. Both kitchen and hotel were kind,respectful and helpful. Parking was £12 for 24 hours and you can prolong it via your phone using the parking code for as long as you need. All in all was a wonderful experience. We almost felt at home there.

Holiday Inn London –Sutton IHG Hotel. We booked a couple nights at Holiday Inn London, through Expedia and OMG what a mistake. This place is a dump & worse than Motel 6 in America. Not even a homeless will enjoy staying at this place. It was a humiliating experience. The place is outdated and dirty and lacking required daily maintenance. The worst part was that the first day we got stuck in the shower without running water. We couldn’t even shower…. No kidding!!! We notified staff in three different occasions, and they did not assist at all. We waited for more than two hours to no avail, and they didn’t even have the courtesy to notify us of the issue. Moreover, as tourists, we lost money for bookings for that day in London. In the name of justice… the least they could do is refund the money that was paid for that horrible stay and offset the losses to compensate the troubles and losses as we lost the other travel and amenities bookings. Stay away from Holiday Inn London –Sutton IHG Hotel…or, do it at your own risk!
