Not a family size room
We totally misjudged this location, thinking it would be good to stay a bit outside the centre of London, but with two kids it was far too much walking. Yes, it was cheaper, but way more hassle and consuming travel wise than worth it. The rooms are really tiny and can not be classed as family size. The sofa bed was 1,5 size, and with our 11 and 13 year old sharing, it was a squeeze. Luckily they get on very well.... Comfortable beds and clean and stylish rooms though. No floor space at all for luggage! The staff offered us two joined rooms when we asked for a proper family sized room, but they would charge us for the extra room if we swapped, so we decided against this. The room had 3 sets of bedding, towels etc, which must mean the hotel also sees this as a 3 person room, not a family one. But after asking 4 times we were given extra sets... The staff were generally pleasant and breakfast was fine, but we would not stay here again unless we were only going to the O2 and Greenwich and had no kids or luggage.

The location is great… as you can walk to o2, but the price / quality I was expecting for more to be honest … the building needs some new decoration… lifts quite old… poor breakfast as well …

The staff were extremely helpful. We were exhausted from traveling and they worked hard to let us check in a little early. Very helpful answering any questions we had.

Did not clean room daily because of a "staff shortage". Had to ask for clean towels. Had trouble with lights and USB connection did not work. Price of room changed daily.

The hotel is ideal for any gigs at the 02 arena, as it's an easy walk. Staff were helpful and friendly throughout, and breakfast was great. Parking was £25 for 25 hours and we sorted in advance, so that was easy. After a four hour journey ( instead of 1.5 hours, due to the Blackwall Tunnel being closed southbound that weekend, which we hadn't realised) check in was swift. Unfortunately when we opened the door it was clear the room hadn't been cleaned, with unmade bed and towels on the floor. Back to be reception, where to be fair they apologised and sorted a different room - which was ready. Hotel looks a bit tired though, so whilst rooms were fine and clean it could all do with a bit of a refresh. Would stay again though just because of the location.

Great location and hotel
Lovely friendly staff, great room, very clean and had everything we needed, comfy beds and a nice sofa. Breakfast was great too and kept topped up. A great location for a night in London, quick underground ride and a nice walk leaving the chaos behind felt good!

The location was where we needed to be...we walked along the Thames Path into Greenwich and to the O2 for our show. Staff helpful and ready with a smile. Easy to recommend staying here

Perfect for O2 visit
Perfect for a visit to O2 and price was good. 10/15 mins walk. Room decent size and comfy bed. Breakfast all you would want and included in price. Staff very helpful and polite.

Much nicer than I thought. The room was really nice, fairly new renovation, modern with good view of the 02. Staff so welcoming and happy making a lovely atmosphere. Breakfast was also really nice.

Value for money
Very tired property but perfect if you are attending an O2 Arena event. There is a surface car park costing £25 for 24 hrs. Breakfast was good albeit feeling like a motorway service cafe. Customer service was very friendly and helpful. The room was perfectly acceptable with clean white sheets and basic amenities such as a couple of tea bags and a couple of coffee sachets. Walls are thin so you can hear people in the next door room clearly. For the price is very good and I would return if I had another O2 arena event to attend.
