Great location and good service
We got a room with absolutely no view (straight into a brick wall), but we didn't spend that much time staring out of the window anyway. Great breakfast selection, and good service. Only negative part was low water pressure in the showers. Great location, short walk to Waterloo station, and within walking distance to London Eye.

Vi hadde en fint opphold her. Fint hotell og veldig hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. For meg med cøliaki var frokosten trygg da brød og pålegg sto separat. Sengene var harde. Ellers var alt topp!

The hotel is two blocks from a train station, and a short walk to the London Eye, Westminster Bridge, and Big Ben. The room was clean and good sized for London. The free breakfast was awesome with lots to choose from. Every staff member I met with was very friendly and eager to help.

Breakfast was cold both mornings despite being under so called heaters. Only scrambled eggs available and no tomatoes. Great choice if you preferred something other than 'Full English'

Basically alright, but in terms of cleanliness of the room, this hotel doesn’t deserve a good reputation. There was a used contact lens on the duvet and the glass wasn’t clean at all. Other than that, it was a fair stay.

The hotel was very conveniently located near the Waterloo station, so getting everywhere was very easy. The hotel itself was nice. Room was very small which was a little uncomfortable for two adults & child, but served its purpose. Mattresses were not very comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of items. Staff was very friendly and helpful when asked. We did have the fire alarm go off three times while there - all false alarms. The staff handled them efficiently, but guests were not pleased it happened so often in a short period of time.

The hotel was good for the most part. There was a small incident that caused me to downgrade my review. We were woken up in the middle of the night by a fire alarm. The staff was running down the halls saying it wasn’t a drill. We had to gather our shoes and go outside. About the time we got to the stairs, they said it was a false alarm. No sooner than we got back in the bed, the alarm was triggered again. We weren’t offered any compensation or goodwill because of the incident.

Great location for walking easily to Waterloo station. Able to walk easily to the Thames and wander along to most of the big sight seeing attractions. National theatre and the old Vic are essentially next door and lots of really nice eating spots surrounding it. The breakfast was nice with lots of options. Bed was comfortable enough, basic tv, internet was a bit slow but maybe was just our room location. We had brilliant views of the eye, then we had to move due to a broken shower but there were no issues with that, and the new room we were given had brilliant views of the Shard. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

Great location close to Waterloo station and many city buses. Top of the line customer service. Good for famililes and serves great breakfast. Very close walking distance to Big Ben , parliament and 30 min walk to SOHO. Would stay again.
