Ok hotell. Hyggelig betjening og god frokost. Sengene var steinharde og ukomfortable. Mangel på smart-TV/Chromecast. Ingen mini-bar/kjøleskap. Bra bad.

Insjekking er altfor komplisert sier de dersom man til og med prepaid via Hotels.Com?? Et helt nytt hotel, med sten gulv på badet og i gangen burde ha gulv varme. Det er helsefarlig å gå/stå på slike iskalde gulv???

Good hotel to stay at to attend Excel event. Breakfast was busy, but they do warn you and there are lots of staff on hand to turn tables round. Room good size as was the bathroom. Both clean. Shower good power and temp with toiletries.

Work van broken into in the car park. Beware. There was old broken glass on the floor elsewhere so obviously not the first break in. Staff really didn’t care either. As expected as the service really lets this place down.

Great location for the ExCel. Approx 15 mins walk. Breakfast was great, rooms were clean. Only downsides is that there was a lot of litter near the building from the property close by, and the area felt a bit unloved. There is also no convenience store near the hotel, but a full range of snacks and drinks can be bought at reception.

Central location and access to transport
Near transport on the DLR had good access nearby to get O2 Arena. Limited food outlets in the area though. Plan your journey incase of delays on transport however was a good service.

The staff were all great. The beds weren’t super comfortable but it was a very clean, friendly and quiet place to stay. There was a large variety for breakfast as well.

The staff are lovely, there is nothing I could fault. But the rooms, where they’re clean(ish) and look nice, are very uncomfortable. The beds are hard as bricks, chairs stained and heating makes such a horrid noise, it needs to be turned off - leaving you in the freezing cold. Do not recommend for a comfortable night.

Nice place but customer service could be improved
I booked 2 rooms and ended up being placed on floor 4 and floor 7. Before arriving, I called and I was told my request to be on the same floor will be looked at. Upon arrival, I was told this is not going to be possible, and that the manager who picked up the call could have done it at the time, but they didn't.

Zimmer OK. Cleaning service sehr schlampig, nur mal kurz und halbherzig drüber wischen, kaum Staub saugen und fertig. Die Tassen werden im Badezimmer gespült und ich bin nicht sicher, ob die Handtücher in 5 Nächten jemals gewechselt oder nur zusammengefaltet wurden. Dürftiges Frühstücksbuffet. Insgesamt nicht empfehlenswert.
