Det var billig og hadde en sentral beliggenhet. Men det var trangt og spartansk innredet. Det var en sjenerende lukt og preket av dårlig renhold over tid. Resepsjonsområdet var uten muligheter for sette seg ned. Alt av service måtte betales for.

Not to be recommended
Stay away from this hotel!! I can deal with a hotel being old or not up to date, but when the hotelroom is DIRTY......thats a NO NO. My room hadn`t been cleaned proper for a long time. There wasn`t even a toilet brush in the bathroom.....you can only imagine how awful it looked. There is really a reason for this hotel beeing som cheap, so my recommendation is to stay somewhere else.

Skittent og dyrere enn forventet
Hotellet virker billig, men man må betale ekstra for Internett, rengjøring av rom mens man er der osv. Når man kjøper internett så betaler man kun for en gjenstand, veldig dyrt med internett dersom man vil ha nett for mer enn mobilen. Den ene dagen hadde vi heller ikke vann på hotellet i det hele tatt! Rommet er lite og det var skittent da vi sjekket inn... Ellers er det en bra beliggenhet, er rett ved togstasjonen som man kan ta videre til sentrum, er også en matbutikk rett rundt hjørnet som er fint.

Perfect place to stay when you need a room and toilet for the night. Did what it needed to do as well as being clean so thankyou! Staff were lovely upon arrival and greeted us well. Check in/out process was smooth too. I will say that next time it would be nicer if there was a bin in the bathroom as well as in the room itself. Also be aware that the tram is on one side and can be heard loud through the night but won’t disturb you much unless you are a very light sleeper. The noise can be fairly calming. Thankyou for a great stay.

The staff said 4 words in total to us during our 2 night stay (I counted). The room was very basic but that is what we signed up - there was no bedside table or unit of any kind to put anything on, and no lamp which was a shame, and only given one towel between two people as well but no staff about to ask for another. I think the room was clean but I spent as little time as possible there so can’t really say. The coffee machine in reception was a bonus however we didn’t use it.

Great value, better than expected. Simple place for one night stay near Gatwick. Room could definitely do with some renovations, fix peeling wallpaper and not sure why they have wood trim in the shower area that’s rotting a bit. Also if the reservation is for two people they should have two towels.

Stayed for 3 nights on the 4th floor which was mostly quiet building seems . Very convenient location and property especially for Gatwick flyers. This establishment is very close to East Croyden Railway Station, Tram-link & bus services. Sainsbury local for grocery items. All literally 2 minutes walking distance. Room was small but cozy & clean, bathroom is an open plan setting; shower toilet sink in one space all together. I did not like that there was no table space to rest anything or closet space to hang items.
