Fint hotell - litt å gå på
Rent og fint hotell, med behagelige senger. Tradisjonell engelsk frokost, men skulle gjerne ønske de hadde noen mer "moderne" alternativer. Eneste jeg har å utsette på er at man hører veldig godt menneskene på naborommet.

Fantastic hotel with great location
We had a wonderful stay. We were going to see Panic! At the Disco at the O2, and we picked this hotel because it was in close proximity to the arena. The staff was very helpful in giving us the best possible recommendations for use of public transport and tourist attractions. The hotel is very close to Deptford Bridge train station, which was very convenient. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very pretty. They were everything we could have asked for. The breakfast was lovely as well. However, we were promised a warm cookie upon arrival. We did not receive this at check-in, but later in the evening when we got back from exploring. Which is fine, everyone forgets stuff. The cookie was delicious. Overall we had a fantastic stay, and would stay at this location the next time we are going to London.

First of all the mirror in the bathroom fell on my husbands hand. When we notify the front desk no one enquired about his hand because he did tell front desk that it fell on his hand and that iy was hurting. During check out the manager asked how his hand was. At that point it was still hurting. But they didnt offer any discounts or anything else. Second they didnt have any microwave on the property for guest to use. When i asked the fully operating bar/ restaurant for a fork they said they didnt have any available. Which was very strange. Not happy with service at all.

Very noisy (if other room doors close it shakes the walls) ground floor (room #47 is probably one of the worst because of other local sounds as well, such as the work space below). Shower door can only open & close when bathroom door is closed (too tiny set up). Hand towel hangs against bottom loo seat when it’s up. Water wash basin did not flow (clogged pipes). Filthy spots on one of the room chairs.
