Bra og praktisk
Flott hotell med umiddelbar nærhet til undergrunn, severdigheter og puber / restauranter. Eneste negative er stor kø ved heisene rundt utsjekk-tid dersom man bor litt opp i etasjene.

Supert hotell med alt ein treng til ei kjekk helg i London. 2 min frå Undergrunn, Sightseeing buss går like ved, nydelig buffet til frukost, super service, og alltid smilande og blide ansatte som ville hjelpe. Anbefalast!

Slitt hotel
Hotellet bar preg av å være gammelt og slitt. Var veldig skuffet over at et Hilton Hotel lar seg forfalle i så stor grad. Betjeningen i bar området var ufin mot sine gjester.

En favoritt i London
Super beliggenhet ved Tower Bridge, rett ved tuben og gåavstand til mange severdigheter og hyggelige områder'. Godt renhold i rom, felles arealer og frokostrom. Hyggelige ansatte med god service. God og raus frokost. Flott roof top bar med utsikt over Tower og elven. Et hotell vi stadig kommer tilbake til.

A pretty decent stay except we were unable to use the roof top bar on Saturday evening. The place was rammed and resembled an unruly drunken nightclub rather than place to sit and enjoy the experience. The tables that were vacant had no seats and were taken by a large group.

It was the perfect location, near a train station, you can walk to Tower of London. Mohammad at the breakfast area made sure I had everything since I have gluten allergies. He went the extra mile. Thank you!

Worst part was a member of housekeeping asking us to leave at 10:20AM because it was “time” but the real check out time is 12:00PM. In the email it was 12:00PM. I even called reception to confirm and they did say it was 12. It was just so unpleasant. Also, the concierge on the night of 9th of May at around 11:30pm was also very rude. I politely asked a simple question and she was talking down on me lecturing about how things worked in the UK, Oh my God. I live in the UK too and I know how things work, and I am a professional. She wasn’t even British! Perhaps, it reflects poor staff training? Or it could have just been the color of my skin (brown), but hey-ho.

Zimmer, die nicht im 9&10 Stockwerk liegen sind ziemlich alt (wackelige Klodeckel, alte Matratzen, aufgeplatzte Polster an Stühlen). Zimmer sind klein, Lage ist gut, Frühstück geht so (Rüherei aber schrecklich). Gute Lage, Bar in 12 Etage nett, hochpreisig. Cocktails oft gut, aber sehr vom Bartender abhängig. Außenbereich der Bar könnte mega sein - ist leider aktuell (5/24) nur lieblos eingerichtet ( Kaltes LED-Licht, keine Deco). Gute Lage, U-Bahn in der Nähe (200 Meter).

Not worth GBP 300/night 1. Door at the original room did not function properly. 2. Nobody at the reception answered my call despite repeated attempts. 3. Hotel room service sent a handyman to check at 22:00 and the handyman confirmed that the door couldn't be fixed. 4. Room service transferred my case to the reception and a manager called "Apo" appeared to have no clue what's going on. I had to explain the whole situation to him again and he said the hotel had no extra room at the moment. 5. The manager came over to my room and, after a brief checking, confirmed that there would be security issues with the door, so he arranged another room on a lower level for us which was supposed to have "better view". 6. We packed our luggage and moved to another room at around 22:45. 7. The new room was quite dark as there was no lamp on the desk. 8. The manager said he could only arrange for a new lamp to be installed the next day as "there was nothing he could do". 9. After further negotiation, the manager said he found a replacement lamp. 10. The manager and his colleague came over to install the lamp, with little to say more than "we apologise". For the price of close to GBP 300/night, I think the hotel failed to live up to expectation. There are plenty of nicer hotels with better services for this price level. No next time. *** Updated on 29 April: 1. The safe in the new room doesn't work (there is no way we can enter a new passcode). 2. The toilet is clogged.

Unfortunately, the emails were returned as undeliverable, and our 24/7 reception team reported not having any interaction with you despite team members visiting your room regularly to try to establish communication. We also left a letter in your room when all our attempts to reach you failed. Our team worked diligently to respond to your concerns and fix the maintenance issues you reported. Also our reception is manned 24/7 and any member of our team would have been happy to help, had they been approached. We understand that the maintenance issues during your stay were an inconvenience, and we apologise for that. However, our team took action to resolve the problems promptly, even during late-night hours. We also believe that our lengthy efforts to establish contact and assist you as needed demonstrate our commitment to providing excellent service.

I was running in the marathon. The property was in a decent position for access to the start in south east London & returning from the finish in the west end. The hotel was obviously going to be busy but the staff coped well with the queues & were generally very friendly & helpful. Early food being available for runners was a nice touch. My only minor complaint would be the carpet & decor was a little faded & looks as though it is due for a makeover. Otherwise an excellent stay.
