Cheap hotel in very quiet area of London. I guess the standard is ok if you are on a tight budget, and just want a place to sleep. And it is walking distance to Victoria station / coach terminal, so the placement is convenient for travel. However, we found the hotel to be a worn down and sad (the image of the room is an oversell), and the neigbourhood very boring, so we decided to move to another hotel.

Dårlig ventilasjon og seng.
Rommet hadde ikke aircondition. Null ventilasjon. Og en del mugg. Og sengen hadde hjul, så når man skulle sitte i sengen for å for eksempel lese så rullet sengen ut fra veggen.

Sentralt og fint område å bo, i nærheten av Victoria Station og gangbar avstand til mye, bl.a. Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park. Bra restauranter i nærmiljøet. Små rom, men det du trenger. Selv setter jeg pris på at kaffe er tilgjengelig på rommet. Grei nok frokost - kontinental.

Små rom med hard seng
Hotellet ligger i grei gå avstand fra Victoria Station. Hotellet sitt personale var hyggelig og imøtekommende. Rommene var små og trange, fikk nesten ikke kofferten under sengen fordi rommet var så lite. Sengen var også veldig hard og putene var så flate at du like gjerne kunne vært foruten. Badet var også veldig lite og hele gulvet ble vått når du dusjet, men trykket var bedre enn andre steder i London. Frokosten var ikke mye å skryte av, var en veldig enkel frokost med toast og ost og skinke eller syltetøy.

Bilder hotellet har på nettsiden stemmer overhodet ikke av hva det er i virkeligheten! Utrolig skuffende å komme til et hotell du antar ser bra ut og viser seg å være motsatt. Lite og varmt hotellrom. Bilder viser ikke reelle størrelser på rommene. Svært lite bad, dusjen hadde dårlig trykk. Tok mange timer før gulvet tørket etter dusjing. Svært enkel frokost. Ellers var personalet hyggelig, og hotellet ligger svært sentralt!

Helt greit hotell, men stort minus for badet.
3-stjerners hotell i London er mye dårligere enn 3-stjerners hotell i Oslo!! God beliggenhet, rett ved buss og ikke langt til undergrunn og tog til Gatwick. Familierom med god plass til 4. Man kunne gå seg vill i labyrinten av ganger og trapper opp (og ned!) på vei dit. Rommet og interiøret var slitent og spartansk, "skapet" var et åpent rom bak speilet der det knapt var plass til 4 jakker. Det tok 1 døgn å varme opp rommet med 2 ekstra ovner som var satt inn. Badet var det dårligste vi har hatt siden vi var på backpacking i andre verdensdeler som studenter for 15 år siden - gammelt med sprukne fliser, ingen knagger til håndklær, og det var såvidt det sildret vann i dusjen (bodde i 3.etg) og ville vært umulig å vaske langt hår. Kontinental frokost - helt standard, sparsomt med pålegg, pluss for kaffemaskin og hjelpsomt personale.

Rimelig, men stusselig
Noe av det billigste vi fant såpass sentralt i London, en liten gåtur unna Victoria Station eller undergrunnstoppet Pimlico. Rommet var større en fryktet. Det var ikke romslig, men det var plass til litt mer enn bare sengen. Sengen var forøvrig i det hardeste laget. Det ble veldig varmt på rommet, men det var en vifte som fungerte greit for å gjøre det mer behagelig å sove. Renholdet var det mer å utsette på, det var mange rosa paljetter og glitter rundt om på rommet, og sengetøyet vi først fikk var flekkete. I tillegg virket det som om det ikke hadde vært rengjort skikkelig i kantene og langs listene på en god stund. Frokosten hadde et minimalt utvalg og frokostlokalet var litt lite. Det fungerte helt greit for å få i seg en kopp kaffe og litt mat. På plussiden kan det nevnes at rommet var utstyrt med en mobiltelefon med gratis internett og WiFi-aksesspunkt som man kunne ta med seg rundt i London. Alt i alt mer eller mindre det vi forventet for denne prisen sentralt i London.

3 netter på comfort inn.
Vår ferie var på tre netter.Helt enkelt rom,litt lite. Ikke noe ekstra. vi var 3stk, og etter min mening var dette romme beregnet på max 2personer. Veldig lite bad. Kunne knapt sitte på doen uten å gå borti vasken. Veldig varmt ingen luft kjøling. Fikk gratis flaskevann på rommet men ingen mulighet for å holde det kjølig. Enkel frokost;ost,skinke, syltertøy, frokostblandinger, yoghurt, ingen fersk frukt. Ellers veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom personal. Deilig italiensk restaurant rett ved siden av kan absolutt anbefales, o sole mio.

Greit hotell nær Victoria Station.
Et lite hotell med hyggelig betjening. Ganske sentralt, ikke minst i forhold til transport til og fra Gatwick. Rommene var små, men helt greie. Frokosten var grei, men utvalget kunne vært bedre. Frokosttiden burde forlenges til etter klokka halv ti. Tilbrakte nyttårsaften på dette hotellet og ble overrasket med en flaske vin på rommet denne dagen.

Despite knowing they were closed, they took our reservation on Expedia. This was not an emergency closure - they have been closed. We were informed at 2pm the day of our trip by email. They should have called us as well - what if I didn’t check email? I still can’t believe they didn’t tell us they were closed until hours before our stay! I am very impressed with Expedia because they moved our reservation to a nearby hotel and they covered the cost difference since it was more than triple to book last minute!

Affordable and good location near to Victoria Station and Westminster area of city. But, when we got there no heat in the room (had to bring in portable heater), bathroom door knob was held on by screws pinning it against door and had shower/bathroom combination that was extremely small.

Durante il soggiorno abbiamo lasciato delle banconote nella cassaforte della nostra camera. Quando li ho ripresi, ne mancavano circa la metà. Si trattava di €, quindi non li abbiamo mai toccati durante il nostro soggiorno, dato che abbiamo pagato sempre in £. Sono molto amareggiata. Il receptionist mi ha proposto di chiamare la polizia (questa è stata la sua soluzione), ma io chiaramente non ne avevo il tempo perché dovevo andare in aeroporto! Sconsigliatissimo

The room had a window that was facing an inside corridor (very misleading on the photos and no privacy) - the carpet in the room was disgustingly dirty and stained. Toilet had no toilet brush, ventilation was not working (vent was into the same internal coridor, with holes in it)

Helpful staff but one night ruined by disturbance
Helpful staff but one night ruined by disturbance. Guest in room next door had maximum volume on TV for the entire night. Staff tried to notice the guest without successful result. I recommend other gusets to call the police in these type of cases. Room slightly worn and bed lamp broken permanently. Else, good and clean.

Disappointed to be informed at check in that despite still showing on several websites the hotel no longer provides continental breakfast! Room, bedding and towels provided were extremely clean. Very tiny bathroom included a shower. Tea and coffee making facilities/hair dryer were provided in room. Curtains were very shabby and stained. Hotel ok for a short break. There is a bus stop opposite the hotel taking you into central London.
