Slitt utdatert og gammeldags. Lange, skitne ganger med uoversiktlige nødutganger. Betaling for wi-fi!! Hotels.com sier at «hotellet» har to restauranter og bar - dette er ikke riktig! Rommet hadde en-lags vinduer! All støy fra gaten kunne høres og det trakk fra samtlige vinduer. Det minnnet mest om en tragisk og mørk Dickens roman! Dette hotellet har max to stjerner! Kan IKKE anbefales! Hold dere unna!

Sentralt leilighetshotell i Chelsea. Rent og velstelt i leiligheten, men veldig slitte tepper i trapper og gangen. Hyggelig personale. De holdt på med oppussing, så det er mulig teppene byttes. Alt i alt helt supert for oss.

Fornøyd med personalet og renholdet. Leiligheten var veldig liten, og iskaldt på badet. Pga enkle vinduer og ingen mulighet for oppvarming. Hotellet ligger i grei gåavstand til South Kensington stadion, litt lengre til Sloan Square stadion. Velger nok ikke dette hotellet igjen.

Ok plass.
Oppholdet her var greit, men er ikke sikkert det bestilles igjen. Rommene var sjarmerende, renholdet var helt ok. Fikk ikke nye håndkle på oppholdet som varte i 5 døgn. Om du ville ha rene håndkle var dette noe som måtte betales for. Det var heller ikke gratis wifi på hotellet, dette måtte også betales for, ca. 10 pund i døgnet.

Greit leilighetshotell, veldig greit utgangspunkt for familieferie i London. Nær undergrunn, naturhistorisk museum, vitenskapsmuseum med mer. Noe slitt, men stort og bra plass.

Noen av rommene er veldig gamle og slitte, men vi fikk byttet etter første natten til et nyere rom. Vær oppmerksom på at håndkler og sengetøy ikke byttes daglig!

Not as expected.
Visited for a week with family, had a room with an own room with doublebed and a living room with sofabed. The bed was so-so in softness, you could feel the wired in it sometimes. The sofabed was nicer, wider and softer. It had a tiny kitchen that had a small fridge, a oven/microwave, two cookingtop, some forks,knife etc. And it had a waterboiler. The toilet was big with a bathtub, but we ONLY had 1 day with warm water during our stay, and that was a bummer since i was looking forward to a good warm bath after a long day of walking, but bathroom was clean. Sadly you could hear everything in the rooms, when someone was in hallway or outside you heard it, so thin walls. The staff was ok, they didn’t smile at all, i asked if there were any restaurants close by, but the man said there were no restauranta nearby even though there is a few right outside of the hotel. The hotel is wore down, so if you see the pictures, trust me it does not look like that. I also didn't like that they took money from my account without saying anything, so you pay more than what they say. The only positive is that there is a grocery shop only 2 min walk from hotel. Was it worth the money, NO, will i stay there again, NO, will i recommend it to others, NO. So look somewhere else, i know i will the next time i visit London.

Great location, but anywhere else but here...
The staff were not in the least friendly, but luckily the sivlverfish (Lepsima Saccharina) were, they joined us not only for every meal but often in the bath. The only thing that outnumbered the insects were the suspicious women and men who were in and out of room 102 at all hours of the day and night. The pictures on the website can only have been taken at another hotel. The bath was rotten and the shower in it was primitive and difficult to use. The kitchen had not enough room to swing the proverbial cat,there was no can opener, when i asked for one a little metal saw was delivered to the room, this was slightly more successful than my endless appeals to get a plug for the sink in the kitchen, that was never delivered.. There were no curtains only badly fitting blinds. The bedding was not changed in the two weeks we stayed there. I had to repair the toilet several times, there was no holder for the toilet paper. I could go on all day but after a fortnight at Chelsea Cloisters i need a holiday and some rest.

Sov over her mens jeg var på en londontur i 5 dager. Lå på ett ettmanns/tomannsrom, var grei standard med kjøkken og det hele. Kjempekoslig personal som var behjelpelige, og flinke vaskedamer :) beliggenheten er helt perfekt for den som vil være i nærheten av alt i london, ikke mer enn 500 m til nærmeste undergrunnsbane som vil si at du kommer deg rimelig kjapt fram. Ellers var det dagligvarebutikk rett utenfor døra omtrent, samt starbucks og diverse :) veldig greit å få tak i taxi og alt i alt ett helt ok opphold til den prisen det ligger på! Anbefales

The positive is the location, as it is near an underground station, buses and convenience stores. However, construction is going on in a building nearby. I was given a room directly facing this construction and was unable to rest past 7am. Also, some areas inside the hotel are currently undergoing remodeling. The room given to me was very, very far from stairs, elevators or any escape routes. More attention to details is needed in the refurbishment of these rooms. I was traveling alone and my room was so far removed that I felt really unsafe at times.

the lift didn't work, although one did. The room was incredibly noisy as traffic continued throughout the night and the windows were leaky. The shower head was lose and sprayed all over the room unless one held it. The people that worked there were wonderful and were fully aware of the hotel's drawbacks

The clerks were helpful, but they put me in a room at the ground level. There was little air circulation in the room, so you had to open the windows, but there were no screens on the windows and it was unsafe to sleep at night, anybody could have crawled in the window right from the street. When I told the clerk about it, they didn't seem too concerned because thatvhave CCTV. I asked for a fan to help for circulation. They said they would bring one, but never did. So probably best to stay above the first floor if you're able. I Would strongly advise that they get some kind of screens on the windows to protect from bugs and especially for safety purposes on the ground floor. Also there was no wifi. I have never been in a hotel before that had no Wifi. They did set up a WhatsApp connection so that you could ask them any questions And they were quite quick to respond to your query, even though they didn't always follow through in the way I would Have light.

It would be appreciate a bit of maintenance and repairs in the apartments. we changed apt because the bathroom conditions were very poor ( tiles broken, window glass broken, ruined furniture). Or maybe, we were simply unlucky this time while checkin'in and not every apt is in neglected conditions.

The hotel does a great job of keeping the property and the rooms clean during your stay. Rooms come with everything you need and it feels very safe inside. Very easy walk to South Kensington Station to get into the city as well.

Needs repairs and updates done. Floors were very uneven areas of the floor was soft and spongy. Not handicap accessible only one elevator available as the other elevator was down for a repair.

My only complaint is that despite the booking being for three adults, there was no bedsheet, pillow cases or duvet cover provided for the pullout bed. The pillows and duvet were found in the bedroom, but no actual bedding. It was late and I was tired after being at the hospital, so I slept in my clothes as it was, but this raises some concerns about how many other people have used the duvet, pillows and sofa-bed without bedding, and that someone else will now use it after me, clean though I am. Otherwise, everything else was great, and it was perfectly located for access to the Royal Brompton hospital.
