Nothing like the description!
Absolutely nothing like the picture. It’s a studio room NOT a modern apartment as the description says. Nevertheless it was warm and clean, but far too small. Ok to sleep and shower but not for spending time in.

Walls are paper thin, heard everything in the building and outside- noisy and did not feel safe at all! The door has an electric key, the door itself was thin and could easily be kicked in- no feeling of safety at all. Personally, as a woman travelling on my own - I wouldn't recommend at all.

The property is in a good location to get to the o2 arena. There was no checkin information shared so it meant it was stressful to arrive at the property. The flooring was chipped which lowered the standard and would have caused damage if stubbed feet on the flooring.

Great apartment
This apartment is excellent and locations is good If you come by train, jump off at Blackwall and you have a 5 min walk It’s 4 stations from the Excel fair, about 7 min. Nilgun who fixes everything around the apartments is the best She is super friendly and helpful I will for sure stay here again

Nice apartment but on a noisy road
Nicely presented, well run apartments that are only let down by being next to a busy road. I have ear plugs for sleeping and these were definitely required. As it was an apartment there was a cooker and utensils. Everything I needed was there. The bathroom was small but had a large shower. Plenty of clean towels too. The bed was comfortable though I prefer to have a sheet as well as a duvet (long legs, feet get cold).

Clean, tidy but very small bathroom and bright
Positives: The room was clean and tidy. The host has pleasant when checking in. The shower was hot and had good pressure. The bed was comfortable and a good size. Negatives: The room was close to a busy road which was created lots of noise. Other than the shower, the bathroom was very small and let the room down. There was a glass section of the wall which had no curtains and let light in the room early in the morning.

My experience was wonderful!!! I had such a traumatising previous experience from a bNb and these guys restored my confidence… what they advertise is the real deal !!! trust me when you see the property so clean so comfy…. they are so attentive and everything I mean everything you need whether for a short or long stay is provided… microwave, a fridge, a fan, heating, tv, wifi, iron, ironing board, everything!!!! I was so pleased… I am definitely going back, I just pray I’m lucky enough to get my available dates… Thank you so much Nilgun for being a wonderful hostess x x Please guys keep it up!!!

I did not get information on access to the studio after booking. Luckily, a nice & helpful cleaning lady contacted the manager. Small studio (not the size of the one in the picture, I expected that) but very clean & tidy. In a good area, close to DLR tube. Good shops & take aways around. Windows lock was broken, not a problem because it is summer time. Good microwave/oven, good fridge, iron, excellent shower, hot water. Excellent bed/mattress. Fan, basic cuttleries.

Clean, good location but be aware.
Good location, with decent tube connections to DLR and onwards. Hotels.com didn’t provide any information about how there will be a security deposit required, or how to actually get into the property. This meant many phone calls while standing outside giving my card details, lucky it was fair weather. Place was clean, but in need of a refresh. Curtains didn’t stop all the light, and the walls are particularly thin, meaning traffic noise and the sound of the other flats is very loud. Bed mattress was poor, foam, with some extremely hard pillows. All of this made for broken sleep.

All the photos advertising were not the room I stayed in. I had a small room. The tiniest bathroom. No room to sit on the toilet. No blind at window so sunlight woke me at sunrise. If I had seen this room advertised I wouldn’t have booked. Totally misleading advertising. No batteries in Tv remote. Host supplied quickly. Only asked for ID when I requested check in access. Should’ve been done weeks earlier. In short. Very basic. No kitchen. They are Ensuite rooms not apartments.

Nilgun was great, from her initial greeting to leaving, after nearly a week, she was welcoming and helpful. And while my room looked nothing like the one in the photos on the site, I would consider staying there again just for our kind and caring host.

As an apart-hotel (really an apartment) you need to be met at the property for check-in; they could be more proactive at arranging this. Although when I WhatsApp'ed them for an early checkin they were very quick at responding. The lady who showed me to the room was great; even leant me some shampoo and shower gel and left a welcome beer! Only real downside was the toilet seat being slightly damaged
